Restringing of existing ACSR’s conductors and earth wires including cradles, of any description, size & shape and in any position, as in LT/HT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, restringing and tightening of conductors/earth wire in position, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminum wire, making and connecting jumper connections etc. including testing complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i) Setting/adjusting etc in position of cradles. (ii) Old serviceable spacers of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed.

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing LT/HT Poles/Lines complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on LT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed. Note:-Old serviceable spacers obtained from taking down of ACSR conductor under item No 2 shall be reused and fixed as directed

Re-Fixing and stringing of old ACSR’s conductors and earth wires including cradles, of any description, size & shape and in any position, as in LT/HT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, restringing and tightening of conductors/earth wire in position, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminum wire, making and connecting jumper connections etc. including testing complete all as specified and directed. The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i) Setting/adjusting etc in position of cradles. (ii) Old serviceable spacers of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed.

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable GI wire of any description/size & in any position from existing LT/HT Lines including cradle guard wires complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for supplying, stringing and fixing GI continuous GI earth wire of size 4 mm / 3.15 mm dia on LT/HT poles as in cradle guards / earth wires etc including binding complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling & taking out of old existing steel & iron items from poles such as cross arms of channels/sections, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers of any description and in any position from LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing Only old serviceable steel & iron ,mild steel such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers and including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fabrication and fixing for mild steel such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint of any description of LT over head line poles/ street light poles complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable insulators of any description and in any position from LT/HT poles complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying & Fixing single disc assembly for disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white , brown or green HT 11 KV grade complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators, including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height and 150mm dia suitable for working pressure upto and including 11000 volts grade HT lines fixed on poles complete all as specified & directed.

All as per ser item No 12.00 above but of size 100mm height and 65mm dia suitable for 1100 volts grade LT lines fixed on poles complete all as specified & directed

Supplying & Fixing Shackle type 75mm height and 90mm dia insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green including galvanised mild steel strap 31mm X 3mm, insulator bolts 12mm dia with suitable washers and nut, suitable for working pressure upto & including 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable spacers of any description and in any position from the LT electric overhead lines of any height and supplying and fixing new best quality, waterproof & shockproof PVC insulated spacers, 12mm dia flexible type suitable for making / turning to any shape and size (straight or spiral) and suitable for 2 or 3 conductor runs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 15.00 above but spacers suitable for five conductors run.

All as per srl item No 15.00 above but PVC insulated straight strip type spacers of width 25 mm suitable for five conductor run overhead lines.

Disconnecting, dismantling & taking out existing unserviceable gang operated switch & Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of outdoor, gang operated switch, tilting type, 11KV of current rating upto 200 Amps, triple pole, each pole consisting of galvanized steel base, HT insulators as per IS, non ferrous knife and spray, loaded contacts, arcing horns of adequate section to break magnetizing current of the transformers, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation, adequate length of GI pipes for operation from ground level and operating handle with locking arrangement complete in both OFF & ON positions. All ferrous parts hot dripped galvanized and non ferrous heavily tinned to with stand weather and suitable for vertical mounting complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling 11 KV air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for insulators and operating mechanism and repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New spare parts replaced for GOD shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' as “supply only” but fixing element of same shall be deemed to be included under this item.

Supply only the following new parts suitable for GOD of 11KV repaired NOTE: - (i) The new parts shall be suitable to match with the existing GOD. (ii) Fixing element of these items is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for respective Schedule `A' item No 20 above.

M&L for stay assembly comprising of 16mm dia, 1.80 metre long galvanized stay rod, having 7/3.15mm GI stay wire stranded and 230mm x 230mm x 6mm thick stay plate, complete all as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR, Part-I with and including all necessary fittings/ accessories like loop type insulator, stay clamps, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and PCC works in (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including taking down and dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 24.00 above but stay assembly having stay rod of 20mm dia and 2.15 metre long with 300mm x 500mm x 6mm thick MS plate.

Trimming/cutting of all trees branches and cleaning of bushes upto 2 metre distance both side from nearest conductor/Earth wire at LT/HT overhead line including cleaning of site and depositing of material upto 250 metre distance complete all as specified & directed.

Surface excavation,grass cutting over the areas around the poles/feeder piller boxes/ sub stations not exceeding 15cm depth including cleaning the bushes and vegetation/root of small trees and leveling incl removal of surplus soil in soft/hard dense soil and deposited complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable/worn out danger notice plate of any description& any position and supply & fixing for danger notice plate 20x15 cm size and 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including demolition of existing as in coping including necessary form work or in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair PG Clamp by Compression/crimping type sleeve joints for jointing conductors /jumper connections including treatment with conducting jelly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Vice type connectors consisting of two brass plates, and two steel bolts and nuts for 2 conductors of equal or unequal sizes, for non-tension connections 'including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor with conducting jelly complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & Taking down Old Anti climbing devices and Supply and Fixing For Anti climbing devices; comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered. Note : Clamps shall be measured & paid seperately

Material and Labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meters below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same. GI plate connected with galvanised iron strip of 25x4 mm by means of Copper nuts, bolts and washers. Strip laid in 40mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I & testing on completion :- (a) GI strip of size 25mm x 4mm. Supply and fixing in repair Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones insignal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular pole of 9/11 mtr strut pole (LT/HT) including protection pipe, cross arms, clamps, GI pipe bracket of street/ security light , anti climbing devices etc. including scraping out old rusted paint and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note:-(Numbering of the poles and repainting blue bands shall be done with synthetic enameled paint, letter/ band's shape & size shall be directed by Engr-in-Charge).

Supply, installation, Commissioning and testing LT panel board of size 1540mmx1200mmx500mm (approximate) as approved for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts ,AC , 50 Hz supply, Indoor cubical type Double door, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for Indoor applications having suitable shape/ size, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with using 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame and supports, duly finished with powder coated using two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer all over steel surfaces complete with separate compartment of suitable shape and size with shutter and locking arrangement for each switchgear and including PCC work for fixing panel legs.
