Excavation in foundation and trenches in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil including saturated soils comprising of pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling / wedging out of rock (Where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required lines, grade, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and if water is met within the excavation due to springs, seepage, rain and other causes it shall be removed by the suitable diversion pumping or bailing out and excavation shall be kept dry wherever so required by the contractor at his own cost as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and disposal of all surplus excavated soil in acquired width or at an approved dumping side including its stacking leveling dressing including all leads and lifts by head-load, mechanical transportation or by any other mode of transportation with all cost of labours, machineries and other incidentals to complete the work as per HPPWD specification. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable material shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including all taxes,GST, carriage of material, within all leads and lifts within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed / brought to courses ) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone agreegate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Second class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) curing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Half brick masonry using second class common brunt building brick with hoop iron of approved quality in super structure above plinth level upto floor all levels in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) curing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed gaurd bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes, carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Hirmachi colour wash on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt,dust,mortar drops and other foreign matter.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80 mm (eighty milimetre) made of M40 grade of NTC make/ equivalent as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504. as per MORD technical specification clause 504 or as directed by the engineer in charge including carriage of materials with inall leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain / reinforced concrete Grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimeter (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:5:10 ( One cement is to five sand is to ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size in or under water including pumping or bailing out water( surface and sub soil water), dewatering for all heights /depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/ depths, including the cost of form work and curing for 14 ( fourteen) days complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 802, 900 and 1200 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutments, return walls, wing walls and retaining walls etc. complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate including the octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing 100mm (Hundred millimeter) diametre AC pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg. (zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic brooms as per Technical Specification Clause 503 or as directed by the engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimetre) compacted thickness composed of type-"A" 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm ( Thirteen decimal two millimetre to five decimal six millimetre ) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero decimal two seven cubic metre) pre-mixed with bitumen binder grade VG-10 (Viscosity Grade ten) at the rate of 14.6 kg. (fourteen decimal six kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable hot mix plant 30/40 (thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying manually to required grade and camber and rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred ) KN static road roller finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type-”B” complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 508 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B with bitumen grade VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.8 Kg. (six decimal eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06 (zero decimal zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per ten square metre premixed in mini hot mix plant, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying of mixed materials manually and rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty- hundred ) KN static roller complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 510 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
