SUPPLY AND FIXING OF SECURITY SENTRY POSTS AT DRDO RESIDENTIAL ESTATES IN CHANDIGARH & RAMGARH MADE WITH THE FOLLOWISNG SPECIFICATIONS:

Door panel material Insulated Doors to be made of continue line sandwich panels with 0.35 mm thick pre-coated steel sheet (PPGI sheet) having 120GSM with minimum 4 microns epoxy primer on both sides of sheet and polyester top coat minimum 15 microns ON BOTH SIDES OF PUF.

Side wall panel material Insulated walls to be made of continue line sandwich panels with 0.35 mm thick pre-coated steel sheet (PPGI sheet) having 120GSM with minimum 4 microns epoxy primer on both sides of sheet and polyester top coat minimum 15 microns ON BOTH SIDES OF PUF.

Window panel material Powder coated aluminium sliding windows with 4 mm tinted Glass.

Door and Window canopy material 18 gauge MS corrugated sheet.

Floor / Verandah panels 18 mm thick BWP ply board mounted on top and above that PVC to be attached on above surface.

Roof frame Made of MS having stiffner Top 50 mm x 25 mm x 2.5 mm thick and 32 mm x 32 mm x 2 mm MS sq. tubes

Side Panel frame MS frame of 32 mm x 32 mm size 16 gauge square hollow tube section.

Floor panel frame MS having 50 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm.

Flashing item (U track, L corner etc) to be made out with 0.45 mm thick PPGI sheet in require size and shape.

Primer coats to panels and under structure Zinc Rich Epoxy primer 15 - 20 microns.

Intermediate coat Epoxy polyamide 50 microns.

Top coat Chlorinated rubber paint 50 microns.

Paint Inside and outside to be of Weather texture roller paint

Removing / dismantling of existing old sentry post

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including form work of size of platform 2400 x 2400 x 75mm
