Taking down of LT cable XLPE insulated UG cable of sizes 10 Sqmm to 35 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, returning filling, removing paid seperately under relevent item.

Supply, laying testing and commissoning of LT cable XLPE insulated with FRLS loading factor on inner and outer sheath of Extruded PVC and wire armoured electric power cables (hevy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 10 sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying testing and commissoning of LT cable XLPE insulated with FRLS loading factor on inner and outer sheath of Extruded PVC and wire armoured electric power cables (hevy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying testing and commissoning of LT cable XLPE insulated with FRLS loading factor on inner and outer sheath of Extruded PVC and wire armoured electric power cables (hevy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand coushioning with dry river sand to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cables and 15 cm over the cable and punned down to 18cm thick) including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of 18cm only will be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and fix sub class 'B' bricks of standard size for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 15 mm dia for protection pipe for fixing along the pole with necessary clamps, nut bolt washers including taking down old unsv ones complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for protection of cable including taking down old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for protection of cable on pole, under road crossing or across drain, along electric pole or floor /wall complete incliding taking out if required all as specified and directed.

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under 2m deep in soil below existing road suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone graded aggregate in foundation of pole including necessary form work and breaking existing PCC and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in coping of pole above GL including necessary form work and breaking existing PCC and removing from site all as specified and directed.

S&F street light junction box made from CPRI approved factory having size 200 (Width) x 160 (Depth) x 250 (Height) mm (minimum dimensions) made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally, with rain shed all side except back side, comprising of 02 nos copper bus-bar of size 20 x 4 mm mounted on suitable size spacer insulators, necessary cable entry / exit holes for upto 35 sqmm cables, nut-bolts, MS clamps of suitable size for fixing including dismantling complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs 6 KW, three phase, astronomical street light control panel with and including digital timer switch for automatic switching on / off street light as per set time through programmable 24 hour switch, 32A, TP power contactor, 40A SPN MCB, wall / floor mountable, IP 54 (dust and vermin proof) enclosure made out of CRCA sheet duly powder coated, conforming to IS/IEC 60954-4-1, in-built- short circuit protection, locking arrangement with padlock and panel lock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PVC Insulated Weather proof multicore FRLS PVC sheathed multistranded cables with bright annealed copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 2 core in repair for connection of light to pole box completed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LED street light fitting 60 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosin resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection including with fixing arrangement including taking down old unsv light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 20.00 above but 90 watt LED street light fitting.

S&F in repair Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium LED Flood Light 100 watt, Tempered protective toughened glass with IP66, IK07, System Lumen Efficasy ≥120 Lm/W, 10 kV Surge Voltage Protection, Operating Voltage range 140 V - 270 V including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for straight through joint kit (Heat shrink joint kit) for PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor cable of size 10-16 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core and testing after jointing the cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 23.00 above but of size 25-50 Sqmm 3.5 core.

M&L for preparation of 9 metre long old steel poles with connected cross arms, cable protection pipes, clamps, street light brackets etc., and applying one coat of aluminium paint on complete height of the pole and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 0.80 m height from the top of coping with multi colour strips as per the existing colour code complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of 8 metre long old RCC / PCC pole with connected cross arms, cable protection pipes, clamps, street light brackets etc, and applying one coat of weather coat paint exterior emulsion paint on complete height of the pole and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 0.80 m height from the top of coping with multi colour strips as per the existing colour code complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of steel/PCC/RCC poles, struts, accessroies complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complte with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410-SP-31 (9.0 meter long) all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, RFR and PCC work shall be measured and paid for seperately.)
