Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sq. m but not exc. 4.0 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position and in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling timber fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section and in unframed work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
