Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

The works mentioned in this tender notification are on the basis of anticipation of grant and action plan. Tenders have been called for these works by adopting 2026 S.S.R. If there is any changes in the works or rates, that is, more or less, tenderer must be committed to carry out the works accordingly. After placing a tender on this matter, the grant has not been granted and the E.M.D. No interest rate will be paid for the money and estimated rates are mentioned, the exact estimated amount more/less than the approved amount must be committed to carry out the work.

For the tree park works, It is mandatory for the tenderers to obtain and upload a site visit letter from the concerned Range Forest Officer where the work will be carried out.

All the terms and conditions mentioned in the tender notification are applicable

At the time of signing the contract, the tenderers should pledge 5 percent of the tender amount and the difference amount of the tender amount by bank deposit, in the name of the Deputy conservator of Forest, Vijayapura division, and then bill payment will be made. Tenderers who do not provide such security deposit will not be paid bill amount and this security deposit amount will be returned after the completion of the work and after receiving a report on the completion of the work and the quality of the work by concerned Range Forest Officer
