Loading and Unloading of Stone Boulder/Stone aggregates/ Sand/Kanker/Moorum by mechanical means Placing tipper at loading point, loading with front end loader, unloading by tipping, turning for return trip, excluding time for haulage and return trip including all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work for successful completion of work .

Cost of Haulage of materials by tipper excluding Loading, Unloading and stacking, including hire charges of all machineries etc with all other incidental charges , complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work

Surface/ Sub Surface Drains in Soil Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels including cost of all materials, labour, with all lead and lift, hire charges of machineries with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work- Mechanical means using Hydraulic excavator

Supplying and fixing M.S. Rectangular poles made out of 2 equal angles of 65x65x6 mm welded together and fixed in CC (1:2:4) WITH 2 NOS 16mm dia M.S. hold fast rods each of length 25 cms. Including cost of all materials cutting, bending scaffolding wherever necessary, nicely finishing the welded joints including providing 2 coats of approved quality paint over one coat of shop painting ( excluding cost of earthwork and concrete) including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, hire charges of machineries etc., excepted lead for cement (Compacted thickness) including all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work for successful completion of work .

Providing and fixing M.S. Block pipe of 38mm dia, of heavy guage of 14 including removing the bends, cutting the pipe, and fixing pipe in between the existing two verticle poles (M.S. rectangular poles) and spot welding the chain link with M.S. block pipe including wastage in cutting, and scaffolding wherever necessary complete including two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of shop paint including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing chain link fencing 50mm size of 8 guage properly stretched between existing rectangular poles and fixed with suitable bolts & nuts, the free ends shall be welded to the pole and block pipe at top and bottom - including two coats of approved quality paint over one coat of shop paint including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, hire charges of machineries etc.and other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work for successful completion of work .

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with Granite / Basalt / Trap crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size, clean seived approved sand, mechanically mixed in concrete mixer, placed in foundation and compacted by vibrator, curing for 14 days, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete except lead for cement including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing & laying Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete M 15 in Open foundation using granite/trap/basalt aggregates using 20mm and downsize and clean sieved approved sand including mixing mechanically in Concrete Mixer laid in layers not exceeding 15cms thick layers, as per Drawing including cost of all materials, formwork, centring, vibrating , compacting, curing, finishing the exposed faces etc., complete except lead for cement including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing T.M.T. Steel bar reinforcement conforming to FE-500 Grade designation as per table 1000-3 including straightening bars, cutting, bending, hooking, binding with approved quality binding wire after placing in position, tying, lapping and or welding wherever required and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary as per drawing (laps, hooks and wastages shall not be measured and paid) including cost of all materials, bar bending charges, complete including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
