Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (Light/Fan/Socket/power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling by using cement mortar and putty and matching with existing surfaces etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring, using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core conforming to IS 694 including medium grade concealed PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537 (part-3) and ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with concealed in wall pressed steel terminal box of not less than 2 mm thickness of required size including painting terminal boxes inside and outside with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with top cover 3 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet with brass screws and cup washer with all assessories including FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core in green colour as earth wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed . (a) One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by 1 No. one way 5/6 Amp switch.

(b) One 3 pin /5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by 1 No. one way 5/6 Amp switch on same board along with other switches, fan regulator etc.

(c) One 3 pin /5 pin socket outlet 5 Amp controlled by 1 No. one way 5/6 Amp switch on independent board.

(d) One call bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button switch.

Material and labour for point wiring, using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete for one socket outlet 15 Amp on independent board with FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm single core conforming to IS 694 including medium grade concealed PVC conduit conforming to IS 9537(part-3) and ISI marked not less than 20 mm dia with concealed in wall pressed steel terminal box of not less than 2 mm thick of required size including painting terminal boxes inside and outside with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer with top cover 3 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet with brass screws and Cup washer with all assessories including FRLS PVC insulated and unshealthed stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm single core in green colour as earth wire connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano flush button single pole one way 5/6 Amp, 240 Volts conforming to IS 3854 ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for socket outlet, 5 Pin, 5/6 Amp flush type conforming to IS 1293 ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch piano flush button single pole one way 15 Amp, 240 Volts conforming to IS 3854 ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for socket outlet, 6 Pin, 15 Amp flush type conforming to IS 1293 ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ceiling rose, surface Bakelite,isolated body three terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Lamp holder PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for bell push flush type 5 A SP 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bell (Ding-Dong) 230 volts, single pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/Exhaust fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and carry out minor repair and fixing of damaged parts like capacitor, bush, bearings and screws etc required and keeping in safe custody of contractor up to re- fixing of the same, complete all as specified and directed. (Supply only of spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only following parts/components of ceiling fan as per existing make and size, complete all as specified and directed: - a) Gun metal bush bearing

b) Ball bearing of size suitable for various ceiling fans.

c) Capacitor 2.5/3.00/3.50 MFD as required depending upon the model of ceiling fan including plastic holder for capacitor.

Supply only following parts/components of exhaust fan as per existing make and size complete all as specified and directed.: - a) Gun metal bush

b) Ball bearing of size suitable for various exhaust fans.

c) Capacitor 2.5/4.0 MFD including plastic holder for capacitor.

M&L for painting of ceiling fans/Exhaust fans complete, in situ with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Hanging only ceiling fan / Exhaust fan and connecting up with and including provision of suitable size copper conductor PVC insulated cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting down and removing old copper winding wire and rewinding the same with new super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge as per existing including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling and greasing etc, complete all as specified and directed for the following size of fans: - a) 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan

b) 300 mm sweep exhaust fan

c) 450 mm sweep exhaust fan

Supply and fixing in replacement LED tube lights fitting 1x 18 W, 220V, including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable lifght fitting, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED batten type tube light complete fitting 1x 10 W, 220V, connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable lifght fitting, complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement LED 36 Watt recessed full light luminaire 2ftX2ft ceiling/panel light with glare free uniform illumination with longer life and less maintenance, complete light fitting suitable for 600x600 mm ceiling and testing including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable lifght fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB DB TPN 4 way (Vertical), double door, 415 V, AC, 50 Hz, including MCB 63 Amps 16 KA, IP-40 protection conforming to IS-13032 universal mounting with copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link, earthing studs, detachable gland plates with knockouts on both sides, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing and connecting up complete MCB DB TPN 4 way (Vertical), double door, 415 V, AC, 50 Hz, with and including MCB 63 Amps 16 KA, IP-40 protection conforming to IS-13032 universal mounting with copper bus bar, neutral link, earth link, earthing studs, detachable gland plates with knockouts on both sides, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures (MCB Distribution board) when MCB’s to be used single pole and neutral 8 ways 220 volt with 200 amps rated bus bar, double door with bus bar neutral link earth bar, Din rail, necessary blanking plated, including fixing DB flush in wall complete with making good disturbed surfaces and colour matching all as specified and directed including taking down old one.

S&F MCB’s single pole, 10 KA, 32/40 Amp 240 Volts and of 'C' series with required wiring connections and lugs etc and erecting in provided enclouser/distribution board. MCBs shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked, conforming to IS 8828-1996, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB’s DP, 10 KA, 32 Amp to 40 Amp 240 Volts and of 'C' series with required wiring connections and lugs etc and erecting in provided enclouser/destribution board.MCBs shall be of current limiting type, ISI marked conforming to IS 8828-1996, including taking down old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement STUD 10 W LED lights energy saving Bulk Head Luminaries including LED light driver, holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable lifght fitting, and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 6 sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 6.0 sqmm as neutral cable, voltage rating 1100 volt, ISI marked drawn in and including medium grade concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with standard accessories along with one run of FRLS PVC green colour insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm as earth cable,complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one. Note: Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire of 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check-nuts, and washers of galvanised iron or steel besides welding at all joints as shown in drawings and including excavation and earth work, GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI wire from earth electrode to test point /machinery / equipment, supplying and laying charcoal dust comman salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate chamber and RCC cover 54 cm X 54cm x50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm stone aggregate) reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar, PGI funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 including taking out the old one complete all as specified and directed Note - Cost of GI wire and GI protection pipe up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items.

M& L for applying one coat of Painting on steel and iron surfaces with synthetic enamel paint, surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or grith not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.
