Attending day to day complaints of Beldar, like work with mason/labour work etc. by collecting complaints. The authorised worker of the contractor shall get his daily complaints from the J.E. in-charge. The dismantalled materials received from the site shall be deposited with the J.E. in-charge by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of any T & P etc. payment shall be made asper the attendance register, where daily attendances will be considered & cumulated for one month. Note:-Minimum Salary of Rs. 21502/- is to be paid to each Beldar per Month including EPF and ESIC employee part only)

Attending day to day complaints of sewerage cleaning nature, like opening of floor traps, water closet, sanitary pipe, manholes, gully traps and covered drains etc. by collecting complaints. The authorized worker of the contractor shall get his daily complaints from the J.E. in-charge. The dismantled materials received from the site shall be deposited with the J.E. in-charge by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of any T & P etc. payment shall be made asper the attendance register, where daily attendances will be considered & cumulated for one month. (Note:-Minimum Salary of Rs. 23868/- is to be paid to each Sewerman per Month including EPF and ESIC employee part only)

Attending day to day complaints of Mason nature, Repairing and Maintenance work etc. by collecting complaints. The authorized worker of the contractor shall get his daily complaints from the J.E. in-charge. The dismantled materials received from the site shall be deposited with the J.E. in-charge by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of any T & P etc. payment shall be made asper the attendance register, where daily attendances will be considered & cumulated for one month. Attending day to day complaints of Carpentery nature, like reparing wooden doors, windows, glass fixing etc. by collecting complaints. The authorized worker of the contractor shall get his daily complaints from the J.E. in-charge. The dismantled materials received from the site shall be deposited with the J.E. in-charge by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of any T & P etc. payment shall be made asper the attendance register, where daily attendances will be considered & cumulated for one month. (Note:-Minimum Salary of Rs. 26208/- is to be paid to each Carpenter per Month including EPF and ESIC employee part only)

Attending day to day complaints of plumbing nature, like repairing of pipe, bib cock, stop cock etc.by collecting complaints. The authorized worker of the contractor shall get his daily complaints from the J.E. in-charge. The dismantled materials received from the site shall be deposited with the J.E. in-charge by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of any T & P etc. payment shall be made asper the attendance register, where daily attendances will be considered & cumulated for one month. (Note:-Minimum Salary of Rs. 26208/- is to be paid to each Plumber per Month including EPF and ESIC employee part only)
