M&L for damproofing to wall with two componet Acrylic polymer cementitious water proof elastomeric coating food grade mix to form uniform slurry and apply with paint brush as first coat then laying a layer of fibre glass mesh cloth as first coat is still green with overlap of joits of Fibre mesh not be less than 100mm , then finally apply second layer mix by brush to entire surface of container covering 0.6-0.75sqm /kg at 1mm thickness in two coat depending on the level of substrate and curing it for minimum 3 days. M&L for Preparing Newly Plastered Surfaces of internal wall and applying two Coats of oil emulsion distemper over 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls, pillars cornices etc surface incl preparation of old plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and incl filling necessary where required with putty as in pathces or nail holes obtain smooth finish using sand paper and matching the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extMR cement) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projection, chajjas, facia,bands, shelves, beams, RCC raling balcony and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion RCC at any height and in any sitution floor (including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement if required with wire mesh of weight 3 kg/ sqm and dubbing/ filling with PCC (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,15 to 25 mm thick after applying cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of wheater proof emulsion paint to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0. 11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. laid over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl dismantling / demolition and rubbish off the primises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails.
