Safe Carriage of following material from Electricty store center Hathras to Pit site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, etc. which required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-50 Kms.)

8.5 Mtr. long PCC Poles.

9/11 Mtr. S.T. Poles

11 KV X-Arms, weasal conductor, G.I wire,Disc Insulators, Pin insulators, clamps and other required line material, if any.

Replacement of damaged 8.5 Mtr. long PCC pole by digging of pits in kharanja/mettalic road and dismantling of all 11KV/LT accessories from the existing / damaged pole and errection of single new pole including Fixing of all accessories.

Replacement of damaged 9/11 Mtr. Long ST pole by digging of pits in kharanja/mettalic road and dismantling of all 11KV/33 KV accessories from the existing / damaged pole and errection of single new STP pole including Fixing of all accessories.

Replacement of damaged 8.5 meter long of Double PCC Pole (first opening of all accessories & then removing damaged poles),under Errection D/P including fixing of Disc Insulators with fitting and other LT/11 KV accessories as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, The double pole shall be grouted in ratio 1:4:8 (Cement, sand and brick ballast/ stone ballast) including cost of cement, sand, brick ballast/ stone ballast, stone pad as per actual requirement at site

Straightening of tilted single PCC Poles in the existing lines as per direction of supervising engineer.

Straightening of tilted single ST Poles in the existing lines as per direction of supervising engineer.

Straightening of tilted Double Poles in the existing lines as per direction of supervising engineer.

Replacement of following damaged accessories in 11 KV /LT line -

11 KV X-Arms, 11 KV Pin Insulators with Pin & Nut & Bolt , 'F' Clamp

11 KV Disc Insulator With Fiting

Fixing of T. Channel

Errection and grouting of stays complete as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of supervising engineer with Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of supervising engineer.

Laying, sagging and stringing and Nozzling / binding etc. of new & old ACSR Weasal conductor / GI in 11 KV / LT lines as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer.

Re- sagging and stringing of existing following conductor in HT /LT line as per direction of supervising engineer.

Cutting, chopping, triming of tree branches to clear the line route to give 2 mtr. horizontal and vertical clearance to the line coming in the route of different feeders as per direction of supervising engineer

Digging of proper size of pit for following work of damaged steel support with the provision of temporary support :- Then reinforcement of steel support by welding of 04 Nos. 2 feet long M.S. angle iron of 50x50x6 mm. at equal distance around each pole & also welding of these angle iron with each other by providing M.S. flat of size 35x6 mm. in round. After this construction of round plinth of pole will be done with cement, sand and concrete in 1:3:6 ratio of size 450 mm. dia & 600 mm height (300 mm. under the ground + 300 mm. the ground). The plinth should be plastered with ½ inch thick cement and sand of ratio 1:4 & taper rounding the upper most part of the plinth. The rate will include all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. for completion of the above work which will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Construction of round plinth around the S.T. Poles / RS Joists / Rails will be done with cement, sand and concrete in 1:3:6 ratio of size 450 mm. dia & 600 mm height (300 mm. under the ground + 300 mm. the ground). The plinth should be plastered with ½ inch thick cement and sand of ratio 1:4 & taper rounding the upper most part of the plinth. The rate will include all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. for completion of the above work which will be provided by the contractor at his own cost.
