Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 1.50mm X 1.0 meter made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, fully covered with intensity Prismatic (HIP) reflective sheeting ,Type IV conforming to ASTM D -4956 . The reflective sheeting shall be fixed using pressure senstive adhesive as recommended by Manufacturer concerned complete all as specified and directed.All letters,borders,colours and symbols shall conform to IRC 67. The aluminium sheet shall be mounted on a stainless steel (SS -304) square post of size 65*65*3 mm or dia of SS pipe 65 mm with base plate and anchor bolts.The Supprt length of Post Upto 4.0 mtr .embedded in PCC (1:3:6) complete with excavation , PCC base and backfilling . The rear surface of sheet shall be painted with two coat of epoxyprimer and two coats of grey synthetic enamel paint. Work shall be carried out as per MORTH Specifications ( Clause 801&802) complete all as specifed and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs Retro reflective Cautionary/warning sign board of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900mm with support length of 3650mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activatd retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-Ingual), symbols and borders etc as per IRC 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized alluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos MS angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete walls surface incl finished surfaces shall be even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & making good surface. Complete all as specified & directed.

Providing & Fixing in repair Road Delinater , made from high impact ABS thermoplastic body, ABS Body,1.0-1.2m height ,having 03 reflective panels of size 100 mm *300mm each,fixed on to opposite faces .Reflective panel shall be of 3M Diamond grade DG3 Reflective sheeting,conforming to IRC67-2012 &ASTM Type XI standards .Delineater body shall be UV-stablized black ABS With provision for bolting /grouting Complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road & marking 2.50 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. & the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer's instructions. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc. all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair ABS Body, 100 cm outdoor convex mirror good quality as approved by GE fixed in road/ground portion complete including hanging/fixing arrangement with adequate mounting arrangement at suitable height on stainless steel (Grade 304) round pipe, having unbreakable Polycarbonate Convex Lens with hoods as the traffic safety mirror for eliminating blind spots & increase visibility at a broader angle, including excavation for post holes, PCC Type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in post hole & removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point. Complete all as specified & directed. Make: Frontier 100 cm outdoor Convex Mirror, FMCO-100, Road Star, Real reflectors, Alexix, ACE polymers (India) or Equivalent.

M&L for Moorum/Red Bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled & rammed including watering. Complete all as specified & directed.
