Hire charges of TATA 407 CNG vehicle or equivalent for local shifting/transportation. Note: Above hire-charges include cost of services of operating staff, cost of CNG, other consumables for running the plant and machinery but excluding GST. Total 15 nos. of Tata 407 trucks are required to be deployed for 60 days. i.e 900 trips In addition to this 2 Mali/Labours are required to be deployed on each vehicle for taking up plantation activities, loading unloading of plants, disposal of waste etc. 2 personnel x15 Tata 407 trucks x60 days= 1800 Mandaysnel x15 Tata 407 trucks x60 days= 1800 Mandays Note: Rate per trip shall be inclusive of manpower deployed.

Uniform for mali/manpower deployed with vehicles are to be provided. The uniform shall have a printed logo with a message related to trees on wheels or planting logo after due approval from competent authority 2 personnel X 15 vehicles = 30 nos.

Branding: Fixing of flex boards (with lightning)/high quality printed canvas with suitable content printing in high quality for branding of event, AV systems with speakers for playing recorded messages/bites to outreach and awaring public. The proper arrangement of battery/electric supply for lightning of LED and speakers for 15 vehicles hired for the purpose.

Printing of Pamplets/Brocheures for advisory/messages related to environment do's and don’t's

Photography & Videography of the daily activities. Providing of Photographer on 15 vehicles to click the photographs of the plantation activity. 1 photographer X 15 vehicles X 60 days = 900

Supply of Tools for taking up plantation activity: 20 Khurpis, 20 spade, 20 Phawda, 20 water can for watering plants

Arrangement of green nets for covering of vehicle to protect the plants and designing/assembling all materials in a proper manner for proper material keeping

Arrangement of one water tank (filled with water) available in rectangle and circular shape of approximately 200 litre to be fixed in each vehicle and to be filled on daily basis. 15 nos. including filling of water in tank on daily basis.
