Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.( HSR item no. 30.22)

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: Asbestos Cement sheet hsr no 5.15.2

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR No.11.60)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shads: Old work one or more code (HSR item no. 30.25.1)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade: Old work (one or more coats @2.20 kg/10 sqm complete) (HSR No.30.35.2)

Providing reinforced by organic fibre and/or inorganic synthetic fibre cement 6mm thick corrugated sheets(as per IS:14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia.
