Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tenderer Should have in the last 5 years period achieved in at least one financial years a minimum annual financial turn over of rupees not less than the estimated cost under this contract i.e Rs.92.71 laks (Profit and loss account, Balance sheet certified/Audited by charted Accountant).

The tenderer should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor for at least any one construction work to an extent of 25% of the cost of the work. i.e Rs.23.17 lakhs

Liquid Assets or Availability of credit facilities usually 30% of the amount of contract Rs. 27.81 lakhs

The tenderer should have executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work usually 50% of the annual requirement i.e 400mm dia RCC NP3 line and above 334.00 Rmt & above

Form of tender is mandatory to upload in www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in portal.

Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx5 - B) should be greater than amount put to tender.

ST/SC Caste certificate and domicile certificate is mandatory to be uploaded in www.kppp.karnataka.gov.in portal as per G.O No. FD 876 Exp-12/2017 Dt:1.10.2017. failing which tender will be technically non responsive

If in two attempts of tender bidding process, Bidders belonging to Scheduled Tribe participant is not qualified under this rule, then these works shall be tendered as open category wherein all eligible bidders of General or Scheduled castes or Schedules tribes category can participate.

If contractor is the firm, then all the partners or members of the firm shall belong to the Schedule Caste/Tribe as the case may be.

The contractor belonging to the Schedule Tribe shall be domicile of the state of Karnataka for more than 10 Years.
