Winding/ reeling of unserviceable/ old/ used steel cord belt by mechanical means on empty rolled frames alongwith other allied works of shifting/handling of belt reels (from site to central location), minor rectification of empty rolled frames by welding works etc. at different locations of New CHP and Silo of Dipka Expansion Project. Approx quantity of scrap belt to be reeled by weight is 425 Tonne (for 10 Km length). Note:- (i). Crane and Truck will be provided by the department only for loading, unloading, shifting of reeled belt as per requirement with prior notice of 24 hours. (ii). All manpower must be VTC trained and must be provided with safety equipment. Providing of these safety equipments will be under the scope of contractor. (iii). Loading, unloading, shifting, handling of belt reels etc from site to Stores / central location as per instruction will be in the scope of contractor. (iv). All fasteners, consumables, packing and other necessary items for above works are in the scope of contractor. (v). Rates are inclusive of CMPF, Pension, Contractor's Profit & other overhead expenses etc. excluding GST.
