RE PAINTING TO CERTAIN PERIMETER SECURITY WALL AT 505 SU

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of any description from old decorated surface of wall by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" /9" to make free from dust, loose painting including preparation of surface properly and applying two coats of cement base paint with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in between subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls, cornices, pilasters etc by washing rubbing down and stopping old distempered and painted surfaces and applying a coat of cement base paint with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 litre per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI on walls, cornice, pilasters etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finish the surface fair and even including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on walls including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M &L preparation of old decorated surface of wall and applying one coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed
