Notes for section 1:- (i) The Comprehensive maintenance (Section-I) under this contract shall be done through OEM i.e. any one of M/s Matrix Telecom Solutions/ M/s NEC/ M/s Creative Telecom (P) Ltd/ M/s Core-IP/ M/s SAN Software. The contractor is liable to submit MoU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa (On srl page No. 100 to 102) and copy of Maintenance Contract from the OEM within fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender. If the delay from OEM side to submit the MoU, the contractor to be submit evidence to the Accepting Officer and permission to be obtained from Accepting Officer for delay in submission of MoU. (ii) Contractor will conclude AMC with OEM and copy of the agreement along with Invoice will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge and GE. No payment will be made to contractor without submission of valid AMC agreement and Invoice. (iii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing intercom system by regularly and systematically examining as required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment. Cost of all major and minor spares items including cables are deemed to be included in the above rate. (iv) Contractor should send Telephone Mechanic to attend/ rectify the complaints for all the locations during 0800 Hrs to 1800 Hrs as and when complaint is lodged for breakdown on call basis for any No of times during the month. (v) Contractor should rectify the minor defect within 8 hrs and major defect within 24 hrs after receiving the complaint from user/ MES Rep on site including Sundays and Holidays, failing which a penalty of Rs 1000/ per complaint per day shall be levied upon contractor. (vi) All minor/ major spare for instrument (i.e. phone hand set, car set type hands free intercom set, steel casing enclosure for telephone set, MDF crown, CLI card, ALC card, Battery 12 volts, 7 AH make:- Exide/ Amaron/ Standard Furkkawa) are deemed to be included with quoted rates. (vii) The contractor deemed to have visited the site and seen the scope of work before quoting the rates. (viii) Monthly Service report duly signed by OEM, contractor & Engr-in-Charge to be submitted to deptt, failing which a penalty of Rs 5000/- per individual EPABX system shall be levied & deducted from running payments of contractor.

SECTION-II

Supply and fixing in repairs of lift car set hand free operated with high gain amplifier intercom set (Telephone) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- Tata/ Panasonic/ Beetal).

Supply & fixing in repairs of stainless steel casing enclouser for (Telephone) lift car set hand free operated with high gain amplifier intercom set with looking arrangment as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- Tata/ Panasonic/ Beetal).

Supply & fixing in repairs of KTS telephone having features : 50 station phonebook corded, phone alphanumeric keypad 20 redial memory. Corded phone with caller ID and handsfree speakerphone, Auto redial with 20 redial memory, 20 one touch and 10 speed dialer, ringer indicator, 39 centimeters long curl cord, programmable flash time setting, programmable tone and pulse setting, 3 step ringer volume and sial lock of KTS Telephone set complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Supply and fixing in repairs of KTS tele phone card having features : 50 station phonebook corded, phone alphanumeric keypad 20 redial memory complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make:- Tata/ Panasonic/ Beetal).

Supplying, laying and testing of Armoured insulated copper cable and sheathed with GI strip/wire heavy duty telephone cable of size 0.60 mm x 10 pairs fixed on wall/ pole including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Delton/Plaza/Finolex/ R R Kavel/ Havells.)

Supplying, laying and testing of Armoured insulated copper cable and sheathed with GI strip/wire heavy duty telephone cable of size 0.60 mm x 5 pairs fixed on wall/ pole including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply, laying and testing of armoured sheathed, copper conductor telephone cable of size 0.60 mm x 2 pair on wall/ pole including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make : Delton/Plaza/Finolex/ R R Kavel/ Havells.)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED display screen, wall mounted/table mounted type of size 32", resolution- 1080p, refresh rate -50 Hz suitable for intercome syatem of lifts including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engg - in - charge. (Make-Samsung/LG or equivalent make as approved by Accepting Officer)

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning in replacement of display software suitable for display screen having following specifications- software must display live status of all the lift phones, capable to display the status of disconnected lift phone, capable to show the online calling status of the lift phone, must be visible colour indications for various status of the lift phone and also capablel to show the talking party number with lift phone complete all as specified and directed by Engg - in - charge.
