Earth Work : AR0102aa (Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil foundation & plinth within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift) : Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil foundation & plinth within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Earth Work : AR0115 (Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed) : Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labours and T & P required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Concrete : AR0307 (Cement concrete (1:2:4)with 12mm size hard broken granite chips per 1cum) : Cement concrete work with (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite(crusher broken) chips including hoisting and laying in position compacting to specified design section and curing for proper period with cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specificaion and direction of Engineer-in charge.

R.C.C. Work : AR0404Aa (Reinforced cement concrete work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade size black hard crusher broken granite chips) : Reinforced cement concrete work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade size black hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying in position compacting to specified design section and curing for proper period with cost conveyance, royalty,taxes of all materials, labour and T&P required for the work etc. (including centring and shuttering) complete and as per direction of Engineer-in charge (RCC foundation, footing bases of column, mass concreate, pre-cast slabs etc.)

R.C.C. Work : AR0404Ac (Reinforced cement concrete work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade size black hard crusher broken granite chips) : Reinforced cement concrete work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade size black hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting and laying in position compacting to specified design section and curing for proper period with cost conveyance, royalty,taxes of all materials, labour and T&P required for the work etc. (including centring and shuttering) complete and as per direction of Engineer-in charge. (RCC Beams, Column, Girder & Bressmer etc)

Masonry Brick Work : AR0603ci (Flyash Bricks of size (25cm x 12cm x 8cm) in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure) : Brickwork with Flyash Bricks of size (23cm x 11cm x 8cm) in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure having crushing strength not less than 75.00 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent immersing the bricks in water not less than six hours with cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labor, and T&P required for the work, etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

miscellaneous : ARM287 (Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC) : Supplying and fixing of 80mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by Block making machine with proper compaction laid in required pattern etc. complete in all respect conforming to IRC SP-63:2018. (New miscellaneous items) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plastering : AR1014i (16mm thick cement Plaster in CM (1:6) over brick work in outside (outside)) : 16mm thick cement Plaster in CM (1:6) over brick work in outside including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line, curing for proper period with cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour and T & P required for the work etc comp.and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering : AR1027i (6mm thick cement Plaster in CM (1:4) over R.C.C. surfaces including chipping ( outside )) : 6mm thick cement Plaster in CM (1:4) over R.C.C. surfaces in outside including chipping with proper level and line, curing for the proper period with cost conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labor, and T & P required for the work, etc comp. and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Iron Work : AR1704 (Iron Doors and windows fixing) : Supplying, fitting & fixing of Mild steel and put up for frames & shutters of Doors and windows fixing in position with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labours and T & P required for the work etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
