Providing Pre construction Anti termite treatment for the building including all chemicals as per standard specifications. Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment spraying chemicals and other incidential charges etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an intervel of 12"to a depth of 8" in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981 and. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc. as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportion etc, Stage:1 Spraying Anti-termite treatement chemicals solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage:2 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution to the grade beams level spraying has to be done for the grade beams brick masonry in the superstructure in contact with back fill earth. Stage:3 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. The treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling the basement after leveling operation is over. Stage:4 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution around the building outside of the building by making crow bar holes at an intervel of 12" to a depth of 8" around the building before laying the plinth projection. This holes has to be be closed after the treatment.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling Crushed Stone Sand (M-sand) and in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling of conveyed Earth by lorry in basement filling including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges and including filling laying watering and consolidating etc., complete as directed by the dept., Officers and complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five M-sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation and Flooring including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9" x 4 3/8" x 2 3/4" with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. MS Channel Section (ISMC 100) shall be provided as a vertical support @1.20m C/C and with Lateral support of Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) & steel pipes of 20mm dia @ required level/spacing etc. complete complying with standard specifcation and as directed by the departmental officers. Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles 800 x 800 x 10mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with Matt finish Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of Size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, Fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) equivalent Gyp Board FALSE CELING upto a ceiling height of 4.50 m from floor level using Hilux board Plain sheet 10mm thick which includes shaped GI channels of size 25 x 25 x 0.50 mm thick suspended from ceilling at 1.2 m both longitudinal and cross vertical support and fixing shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm and 150 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60m centre longitudinal and cross difrection for vertical supports and fixing U shaped GI channels of size 50 x 30 x 0.50 mm thick and 50 x 10 x 0.50 mm thick at 0.60 m centre to centre in cross direction and respectively for horizantal supports of zig - zag pattern and fixing of Gyp board in the panel provided in the desing pattern given and sprating the standard spection and as directed by the departmental officers. Supplying and Installing Metal False Ceiling using Fire Rretardant Galvanized Steel Sheet Plain lay in tile size 600mm x 600mm, 0.5mm thick, powder coated on external surface and shall have flange on all four sides to rest on the exposed grids. The system to give 600mm x 600mm centre to centre 'T'. The 'T' shall be not be dipped GI Tee Section 3600mm long main Tee. 24mm wide and cross Tee panels are formed by running main runner of 'T' section of size 30mm x 24mm powder coated at bottom at intervals with powder coating at bottom. Necessary provision of inter locking of 'T' section are made at required intervals not exceeding 1200mm. The main runners are suspended from the ceiling by means of 4mm dia. The last hangers at end of each rubber should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. Providing and fixing Acoustic Wall Panelling (equivalent to Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be "tongue-and-grooved" to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge Installation: Install aluminium box section (provided by others) of section 50mm x 25mm or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre to centre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled wood works provided by Armstrong over the lowest and second aluminium section at an on centre distance of 600mm. Place the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the aluminium keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips into the next keel till the actual height is achieved. Finish off the edges using wooden moulding of matching colour (provided by others). Installation to be carried out by Armstrong Trained Installation Team and installation should be carried out as per Armstrong Recommended Procedure.
