Transportation of 1.6 MVA 11KV /380V, 50 Hz transformer from kknpp 1&2 to transformer service factory and back to KKNPP 3&4 area , complete service of transformer, supply & filling of new Transformer Oil required qty, Oil filteration , Epoxy painting of Transformer, Installation, testing and commissioning . Scope includes supply and installation of OFF load Tap changer of transformer, replacement of all gaskets, Transformer tank patch work,Painting of transformer with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint (colour as decided by ENC), testing and repair & service of Transformer as per IS, wiring work,faulty spare parts replacement etc. Installation scope includs assembly of the transformer, transformer positioning, alignment,welding of transformer to base plate on the foundation , (Transformer details available at tender specification). Supply of Dual paper insulated copper wire for rewinding work of the outdoor ONAN type transformer of 1.6MVA, 11KV/380V ,50Hz. Scope include supply of copper wire, rewinding, and all the materials required for rewinding and installation on the transformer core and connections to the tap changer and terminals. The burnt copper winding shall be returned to NPCIL store.

Fabrication ,supply and erection of transformer oil cooling Fins (Radiator) suitable for outdoor ONAN type transformer of 1.6MVA, 11KV/380V ,50Hz. Scope includes assembling, alignment,supply of necessary size of bolt & nuts, gaskets etc,all as per specification .
