F.≥0.95, IP-66, IK-10, CRI >70, under voltage and over voltage protection, EMIEMC As per CISPR -15, lenses for beam angle as per IESNA type I/II/III as per the width of the road and the project requirement., suitable to fit in up to 65mm dia pipe, life time (LED, Driver & electrical circuitry) of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with 70% of initial Lumen maintained till life ends as per LM80 extrapolation IES TM-21-11 report, CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6500°K (As per ANSI Bin),SDCM (Standard Deviation Colour Matching) <5, Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of relevant BIS standard complete in all respect i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required with Minimum 5 year OEM warranty. System lumen efficacy ≥105 <120 lm/Watt output .LM79 & LM80 Test report and all testing required for LED fixtures as per BIS shall be submitted. SITC of Single Section GI Octagonal Pole of 12 mtr. height made from 4mm thick HT Steel plate, having minimum bottom dia of 200 mm. & top dia of 100 mm. complete with window with hinged cover at a height of 2.5 mtrs. from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of minimum size 320mm X 320mm X 20 mm thick on existing cement concrete pedestal as required. i/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box provided for cable termination i/c making connection with suitable size aluminium lugs and testing commissioning etc. as reqd.:- a) Supplying and fixing 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. G.I strips 4mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes - 10nos. as reqd. b) Supplying and fixing of 63 Amp terminal block suitable for 25sq.mm conductor -4 nos. & shorting links – 5nos. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – 2 nos. on the existing laminated sheet. c) Supplying and fixing 6 Amp, SPMCB, ‘C’ Characteristics Curve - 2 No. Earth stud-2Nos. welded at suitable height 2 nos. washers, springs washers & nuts. d) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 Nos of 4x25sqmm cable. e) The foundation bolts shall have check nuts and nuts shall be welded with the bolts. The nut-bolts shall be covered with cement concrete of ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto a height of 30 cm above foundation.

Fabrication, Designing, Supplying & Fixing of hot dip Galvanized arm bracket of suitable length single/double over hang with suitable size bolt etc. as reqd. (design approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Supplying and fixing 4 Nos. 24 mm(minimum) dia X 750 mm (minimum) long GI foundation bolts (EN8 grade) with nuts, washer including 2 Nos. template of 4 mm. thick size 320 X 320 mm. with 4 Nos. 28 mm. dia holes, to match with PCD of Pole base plate as reqd

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 750 mm.(L) X 750 mm. wide and 1800 mm. deep i/c excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, Steel reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm. dia- 1960mm long (approx)- 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2900mm (approx) - 13nos. (with 150mm spacing) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per above item) and providing 90 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe minimum 1 meter for cable entry & exit as required or Size as per pole manufacturer foundation design. (For 12 mtrs. pole)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor 1.1 KV grade armoured cable conforming to IS 7908 (Part - I) as amended up to date of following sizes in over head at a height of upto 12 mtrs on busy road between street light poles with the help of Hydra etc as required. Upto 35 sq.mm overhead with 10 SWG GI wire tied with suitable size MS clamp

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. a) 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)
