S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63 mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with hooks L type or J type or cranked hook bolts , in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275, Complete.

S & F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, 0.63 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275, Complete.

M&L for Preparation of new zinc (or galvanised) steel and iron roof surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, including rubbish off the premises, all as specified..

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20 mm thick as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over screed bed in cm 1:4, complete.

M&L 15 mm thick screed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendring / backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) to receive wall tiles, complete all as specified.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over screed bed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450 x 300 x 6-7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified.

M& L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in hard standing / pavings / plinth protections, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, Complete.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2,(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Sub base for path / flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete.

M&L for stone masonary Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6

M&L for Wooden panelling of second class softwood 12 mm thick with tongue and groove joint fixed in any position over and including wooden framework in second class softwood with plain fillets square or sectional area exc 13 Sqcm and n exc 25 Sqcm at n exc 90 cm centre to centre in both direction and including two or more coat of french polishing on all the exposed surfaces wooden panelling including taking down existing electrical fittings and re-fixing the same, complete.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone masonary wall , etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary wall surface and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on brick work or cement concrete surfaces of walls including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement and mixing only integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for applying 2 mm thick cement base wall care putty on plastered surface of wall, and making the surafce even & smooth for reciving distemper / paint of any descreption all as specified & directed.

S&F 20 mm Stainless steel curtain rod with stainless steel bracket and satinless steel finils, fancy type as approved by GE, as in curtain rods including taking down the old curtains rods complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Precast cast RCC manhole cover of any descreption set in Cement mortar including removal of debries, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting & removing 150 mm dia drain pipe from existing manhole and inserting new drain pipe of dia 150 mm, making good disturbed surface & benching with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia bore salt glazed stone were drain pipe including PCC packing under hunching against the sides of pipe bed and complete PCC bedding and removal of debries all specified and directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concret 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Salt-glazed stoneware drain pipe, grade ‘A’ internal dia of pipe 150 mm, laid in trenches and jointed with cement & sand mortar, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete complete.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified. Complete.
