Sub- Head I (Day to Day Maintennace with labour) Operation, Maintenance and repair of Electro Mechanical Installation by providing manpower as stipulated in terms and condition to attend day to day complain and to upkeep both hydro mechaniacl & EI installation at Ulughata Inspection Bunglow and adjoining campus incl outdoor illumination system including electro mechanical maintenance & operation of 58 Vent sluice FASD starter panel, main panel P.B.D.B B.D.Bs switches, tube light fittings, celing fans and call bells including earthing, making addition and alternation and changing of electrical equipment etc. if any as per direction of E.I.C .with periodical maintenance including repairing and replacement of major spares (to be supplied departmentally) and up keep of all sorts of electrical and hydro- mechanical maintenance for keep the system functionally healthy as & when required under Irrigation & waterways Department as per direction of Engineer - in - charge contractor should arrange his own tools and tackles for the job.(Labour rates are inclusive of GST, Cess, ESI, EPF, Bonus CP & OH &P Charges)

Hydro mechanical repair & maintenance of all type of gates and its operating mechanism, winch machine etc and others allied work with in the scope of hydro mechanical, cleaning working site also by providing following manpower twise a month and submit report to concerned office as per prescribed form in a regular interval as per instruction of EIC.

01(One ) no Fitter (Skilled)/day (1 nos x 2 days/month x 2 times/ monthx 12 month = 48 mandays)

02(One ) no Helper for Mechanic/Fitter ( Semi Skilled)/day (2 nos x 2 days/month x 2 times/ monthx 12 month = 96 mandays)

Operation of Flap shutter manually with winch machine for Lifting and Lowering as and when require as per instruction of EIC through out the period by providing manpower as follows.

01(One ) no Helper for Mechanic/Fitter ( Semi Skilled)/day (1 nos x 1/2 days/Flap shutter x 58 nos Gate=29 mandays + Extra 15 Mandays as per instruction of EIC = 44 mandays)

04(Four ) nos Mazdoor(male) (Unskilled) (4 nos x 1/2 days/Flap shutter x 58 nos Gate=116 mandays + Extra 58 Mandays as per instruction of EIC = 160 mandays)
