Preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of VG-10 and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder paving bitumen VG 30, by weight of total mix, rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to a uniform smooth surface all as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, 2 to 3 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispensar, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc all as per clause No 803.3, 803.4 & 803.6 of MORTH complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking up bituminous macadam surfaces area not exc. 400 Sqm and depth not exc. 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, duel directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having plastic ABS strip containing 31 mini retroreflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow a side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour, repair to pot holes depth exceeding 30mm and area not exceeding 1.0sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces of road, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming but making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5kg per ten sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg Per 10 Sqm using VG 30 paving bitumen blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippling of 6.3mm size and again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, premixed bituminous macadam using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix using 12 to 25mm graded crushed preheated stone aggregate, laid, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 ton power roller to required gradient & camber, consolidated thickness 75mm or less, complete all as specified and directed.
