High rise revolving chair 1. High Rise chair revolving 2. High Back Chair shall be of dimensions – 500 mm W* 500mm D *1125mm H approximately 3. Seat shall be made up of 12 mm thick hot pressed anti- termite water resistant plywood, upholstered with leatherette and moulded polyurethane foam. 4. Chair back shall be made of 40 mm thick edge of PVC moulding with Mesh upholstery. The polyurethane foam density shall be 45 +/- 2kg/m3. Chair Back shall be fixed with lumber support & fixed with Head rest for extra support. Lumber support ( 260mm W * 150mm H ) attached leatherette headrest shall be supported with 2 crome plated rods of 20mm thickness from headrest to seat base. 5. PU padded Adjustable handles (260 mm W * 85mm D ) shall operate through push button. Chair shall have regular tilt mechanism feature : 360 degree revolving type with single position locking & Chrome base fixed with 5 nos. Nylon castors . 6. Netted Chair Backrest Moulds shall provide adequate back support, and makes the long hours of seating comfortable.

Visitor Chair (Faculty type) Visitor Chair shall be of dimensions (560mm W x 670mm D x 1020 mm H ) Seat & Back Assembly : The seat & back shall be made of 12 mm thick hot-pressed plywood upholstered PU (stylish leather like upholstery) cover & moulded polyurethane foam. The polyurethane foam density shall be of 45+/-2 kg/m3, The back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra cushioning, Under structure shall be of MS elliptical/oblong pipe (40x20x1mm thick) chrome plated frame.

Visitor Chair (Student type) 1. Office chair dimensions shall be ( Seat 572mm * 624 mm * 858 mm, approximately) 2. Seat & Back assembly: The seat & back shall be made of 10 mm thick hot-pressed plywood upholstered PU. Chrome Pipe thickness shall be of 1mm thickness, round under structure shall be made of metal chrome frame 25 mm dia x 1.2mm thickness. The office chair with the PU upholstery should give soft and more comfortable seating to the visitors. The PU upholstery shall also gives the chair its durability with the non-absorbent stain and dirt free features like the PVC. The PU seat and back should also get a long lasting life as it should not get harden or crack. The armrest shall be made of PVC to be fixed over the metal frame to make it more tough and sturdy. The shiny chrome finish shall give it the polished and stylish office chair look.

Cafeteria chair Shall be Tubular MS chrome plated (DFT 40-50 Microns) legs. Tubular steel frame shall be of a minimum of 19mm diameter, 1.6 mm thickness with leg reinforcement and 12mm thick polymoulded for seat at 450mm H and diameter of seat shall be 400 mm.

Student chair with arm writing pad (demo room) Frame & Legs : The frame shall be made out of Diameter 25mm tube of 1.6mm thick, welded by Co2 welding process for uniform surface finish and higher tensile strength. The perforation on the sheet shall be uniform of 2.5mm dimension. Back & Seat : MS perforated sheet of 1.2mm thick with powder coating (DFT 40-50 Microns). Writing desk : Made out of 12mm thick MDF board on foldable basis. The Desk size shall be broader (290mm x 450mm) from the front & tapering (290mm x 100mm) towards the elbow. The MS powder coated hindge shall be of size 100mmW

Students chair (hostel) Type of Seat and Backrest shall be 18 mm thick prelaminated particle Board. The Chair shall be with Arms. The Depth of Seat in mm (+/- 10 mm) 400, height of seat in mm (+/- 10 mm) 460, width of seat in mm (+/- 10 mm ) 400 and the overall chair height in mm (+/- 10 mm) 900. The seat and back rest shall be without cushion. The width of backrest (mm) 400 and height of backrest (mm) 150. The frame material mild steel square section of outside side minimum 25 mm and wall thickness minimum 1.2 mm and shall have stove enamled paint. There shall be no. writing pad.

Non revolving Stool Stool shall be made of Stainless steel. The dimensions for seat shall be 400mm diameter with 1.6 mm thickness. The height shall be 600 mm, understructure -Pipe dia shall be 25 mmx1.6mm thickness for 4 legs and middle pipe is made up of dia 50 mmx1.6 mm thickness. It should not have height adjustment and revolving mechanism. Bottom support ring shall be made of dia 20mmx1.2mm thickness approx welded with legs. There shall be rubber stoppers on pipes.

Metal Bed/Iron bed without mattress The height of bed shall be 400mm i.e from ground to horizontal frame. The bed shall be raised above the level of horizontal frame at both the head end and tail end. The overall size of 1950 mm L x 1000 (w) x915 mm ( height at head side ) and 525 mm ( height at Tail side ) having mattress panel size of 1905 mm (L) x 965 mm ( w) x 450 mm ( H) . Bed metal frame shall be made from MS/ CRCA steel pipe. Raised head & tail frame consists of 40 mm dia x 1.2mm Thick as leg pipe & 25 mm Dia x 1.2mm as supporting pipe 3-4 on each side, having curved ends. Rectangular pipe 50 x 25 x 1.6mm as main frame pipe across the length (2 in no)and stiffning pipe (minimum 6 nos). The top sheet shall be made 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet having perforation of dia 5 mm with welded to the structure ensuring no sharp edges on top surface. All metal part shall be powder coated finish DFT -40 - 50 Microns

Podium The Podium Size shall be 750 mm x550 mm x 1100 mm ht Shall be made up of 16 mm thick paper laminated MDF board , having 1 nos. PVC cable manager. Shall have inpuit and output cable manager made of PVC. The front of podium will be used for engraving the name of respective medical college, which will be told to the L1 bidder.

Metal Almirah with glass doors The size of metal almirah shall be 900 mm(W) x 450 mm (D) x 2100 mm (H). It shall have rigid Knock down construction and Prime Quality CRCA Steel -Top, Back & Side Panels shall be made from 1 mm high yield strength CRCA & rest also in 1mm CRCA sheet. Each Door has 6 Lever Cam lock with common key. Each Door has 4/5 mm thick transparent glass for clear inside vision secured in a Metal Frame through rubber gasket. Each door shall have plastic side end caps as Handle which shall be for easy to grip, each compartment shall have a storage shelf with Uniformly Distributed Load Capacity per each shelf shall be 40 Kg maximum. The finish shall be Epoxy Polyester Powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns (+/-5 micron).

Metal almirah STEEL STORAGE ALMIRAH Providing and placing metal storage. The overall approximate size of the storage shall be 900 mm (W) x 450 mm (D) x 2000 mm (H). The construction shall be knock down construction with 1 mm thick CRCA for shelf and 1 mm thick for back. The door shall be made of 1 mm thick CRCA and all other metal component shall be made of 1 mm thick CRCA. The locking and handle of the storage shall be mazak handle with three way locking mechanism. The almirah should have 2 welded Legs of 75mm Width and 125mm Height made up of 1 mm thick sheet which acts as a understructure of the storage. The shelving shall be height adjustable and shall have a load capacity of 40 kg. The product shall be epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns as per sketch for item.

Filling cabinet for drawer Four Drawer Filling Cabinet shall be of size: 470 mm W x 620 mm D x 1290 mm H (approx), shall be made of MS powder coated CRCA sheet of 0.8 mm thickness completely as per IS standard; Powder coating thickness shall be of 40-60 microns with standard handles and locks Height of each drawer shall be approximately 305 mm Handles should be concealed This shall have anti-toppeling mechanism inbuilt to avoid toppling of the cabinet Levellers shall be provided at bottom for height adjustment for 15-20 mm on uneven surfaces

Library rack Double book stacks 900x560x2285 Main unit - Steel with prelaminated particle 18 mm thick board on the side and top. The Size shall be - 900 W x 560 D x 2285 H approximately having seven shelves on either side, total shelves 14 nos. Shelves are adjustable at every 19 mm with and shall be made of 0.8 mm thickness. Each shelf has built in sturdy side rests and a sliding in built book stopper for better care . Powder coated steel parts are considered with thichkness of 40-50 microns

Library cabinet (horizontal) shall be made of dimensions (900mm Wx 400mm D x 1500mmH shall be made of MS powder coated CRCA sheet of 0.8 mm thickness. The Powder coating shall be of 40-60 microns with standard handles and locks. There shall be 4 equal compartments having glass panel for visibility, the glass shall be of 4 mm thick toughened with all edges covered by 30-40mm MS Band of 0.8mm thickness and should have individual lock for each shutter.

Cafeteria table Providing & placing canteen table of Stainless steel grade 202 of size 1800 mmW x 900 mm D x 750 mm H. Understructure to be made up of 40x40x1.6mm thik. Powder coated SS hollow pipes with foot rest at the height of 75 mm. Two loop legs with table top frame & added middle horizontal support (along the width in top frame for 1800 W). Top & understructure should be welded. Complete base structure to be in welded construction. Provision for levellers should be given for adjusting height if requied.

HOD Table: Supplying and fixing standard Cabin table i. MAIN TABLE SIZE - 1800MM W x 900MM D X 750MM H, ii. The worktop Will be in single piece made up of prelaminated MDF board. iii. The worktop shall be made of 36mm thick prelaminated MDF board with 2 mm thick hot melt PVC edge banding iv. The top is resting on the vertical strips of MDF board of size 750W x 75H. v. The second table top shall be made up of 25mm thk prelaminated MDF board provided with size 500 W x 900 D. vi. The modesty of the table is also made up of 18 mm thk. prelaminated MDF board which is attached with the horizontal panels created under second top under main table top. There shall be an standard space for visitor chair in front of modesty panel. vii. The side panels are also made up of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board with 2 mm thick hot melt PVC edge banding. viii. 3 drawer pedestal shall be provided Size : 450mmW x 450mmD x 685mmH. Top drawer should have a stationary tray made of 18mm thick Pre-laminated MDF board having three drawer configuration, two for personal and one for lateral files. All drawers to be lockable with single key system. The pedestal shall be provided with required number of level adjuster. The colour of table shall be wenge.

Office Table Providing and placing of Table Sets. MAIN TOP shall be made up of prelaminated MDF board of size: 1500W X 750D x 750H MM; with 2mm PVC Lipping on edges. MODESTY PANEL is made up of 18mm thk prelaminted MDF board of size 1500 X 605 with PVC Lipping on edges. Standard space for visitor chair should be provided. 3 DRAWER pedestal shall be made up of 18mm thk. prelaminted MDF board of size 450X450X680mm with 2mm PVC Lipping on exposed edges. Side panel should be made up of 18mm thk. prelaminated MDF board of size 750D x 725H.

Computer Table and revolving chair Providing supplying and placing computer tables with overall dimensions of the table shall be 900mm(W) x 450mm(D) x 750mm(H). The base material for computer table should be prelaminated MDF board with decorative lamination on both sides particle board 18mm thick. The keyboard tray should be provided with telescopic slide . The printer shelf should be provided for keeping books,CPU partition etc. The computer table should be as per photo, sketch, specifications and shall be supplied with the revolving chair which can be accommodated (minus desk) within the tabel when not in use.

Faculty table Providing and placing of Faculty Table Sets. MAIN TOP shall be made up of prelaminated MDF board of size: 1800W X 900D x 750H MM; with 2mm PVC Lipping on edges. MODESTY PANEL is made up of 18mm thk prelaminted MDF board of size 1500 X 405 with PVC Lipping on edges. Standard space for visitor chair should be provided. 3 DRAWER pedestal shall be made up of 18mm thk. prelaminted MDF board of size 450X600X725mm with 2mm PVC Lipping on exposed edges. Other end of the table shall be supported with hindge door unit made up of prelaminated MDF board of size 450x600x725mm with 2mm PVC lipping on exposed edges. Keyboard tray of size 900x300x18mm thk. made up of prelaminated MDF board shall also be provided.

Hostel Table SIZE - 900Wx 600D X 750 H. Worktop made of commercial ply 18mm thick with 2mm edge banded, understructure M.S Frame/pipe powder coating square shape 25.25mmx 1.2mm thick, with 2 equal drawer & extra frame support at drawer side. . Metal Drawers are made up of 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet with perfect joints by MIG/Spot welding and gringing wherever required, no sharp edges should be there, it is very sturdy as far as stability is concern. The drawers shall be supported with pipe frame on either side as depicted in representative picture.

Low rise revolving Chair (Medium Back) MEDIUM BACK CHAIR leatherette chair Providing and placing Mid Back chair. COLOUR BLACK The seat and back shall be made up of 1.2cm.thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with pure leatherette of required color and moulded Polyurethane foam. BACK SIZE: 53.0cm (W) X 73.0cm (H), SEAT SIZE: 54.6cm (W) X 49cm (D). The High Resilience Polyurethane foam is moulded with density=45+/-2 kg/m cube and hardness load 16+/-2 kgf as per IS: 7888 for 25% compression. The seat and back are arrested together with a 9.0cm (W) spine made of 0.8cm thick HR steel. The armrest tube assembly is made of 2.54cm x 0.16cm. M.S. E.R.W. support tubes and Chrome plated. The armrest top is made of ABS & upholstered with foam & leatherette . The pedestal is made of die-cast aluminum with buffing finished. It is fitted with 5nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal is 67.0cm pitch-center dia (77.0 cm with castor). The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in Black Nylon.

Lecture Theatre Board Approximate size 10x3 feet shall be made of green glass board on which the chalk can be used for teaching

Racks Ms steel racks of size 2100 (H)x 900 (W) x450 mm (D) having 6 panels made of CRCA steel 1 mm thick, forming 5 compartments. MS angel 40x40x2 mm t. having slots for adjusting shelves with slot pitch of 18.75. Appropriate corner plates on all end for stability and Galvanised nut bolts to be used. All angles and panels will be 7 tank powder coated

Examination table (without drawer) The size shall be approximately 550 mm x 600 mm x760 mm (LxBxH). The framework shall be made of 25 square MS pipe 16 gauge. The welding shall be done smoothly by gas welding. The table top shall be made up of 18 mm thich prelaminated particle board exterior grade both side laminated of approved shade. The PVC edging shall be of 0.8 mm all round the edges of top. PVC/hard rubber toes shall be provided at the bottom of legs with steel screms. All steel members shall be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with smoothening the surface.
