Pumping down the system for AC plant of 11TR capacity by closing the suction, discharge valves, disconnecting and removing unserviceable compressor, flushing the system using Nitrogen(N2) (Nitrogen to be arranged by the contractor), supply and fixing new scroll compressor of 11TR capacity, leak testing, vacuumising, gas charging and testing complete all as directed. Make: Danfoss

Checking of AC plant electrical panel interlocking system, cleaning of busbars and panel internal parts and connections of the bus bar with CTC, cleaning of contact points, including replacement of internal wiring, indicating lamps, lamp holders, toggle switches, push buttons, contact kits etc., with new ones and making necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation, for laying of pipes/cables/poles etc., and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer as in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading natural river sand of approved quality for cushioning of cable laid in trenches including compacting and leveling complete all as specified and as directed Note: Punned thickness will only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type 1, flat of size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, laid adjacent to each other, perpendicular to cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning 1100 volts grade, LT XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed as per IS-7098 (Part-I), 1988 galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note: Earthwork Excavation, sand cushioning GI pipe and cable protection will be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable expansion valve after pumping down the system, supply and fix new bronze expansion valve suitable for any model of AC plants all as directed. Make: Danfoss/Indofoss

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable ducting, supply and fixing new return ducting factory fabricated made of commercial grade GI sheet 0.63mm thick with grade of Zinc coating 275 grade per as per IS- 277 and fabricated as per IS-655 including 25 x 4mm mild steel angle iron supports with 10mm dia rods, anchor, fasteners etc., complete all as directed.

Disconnecting electrically operated mono block/ centrifugal pumpset coupled with induction motor upto 15HP capacity and mechanical connections from position by arranging dummy plates to suction and delivery line, removing from the existing position, dismantling supporting frame of the pumpset from foundation, supply, fabricating and fixing new supporting frame for pumpset using rolled steel sections as per existing including painting with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primer, making good to damaged foundation, fixing back pumpset complete all as directed.

M&L, painting of mild steel pipes lines of any sizes and types, all accessories of outdoor air cooled AC plant with one coat of synthetic enamel paint by using spray gun machine after removing all dust and rust and writing date of painting with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs, Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter suitable for 7.5HP motor 5.5KW and relay maximum range of 9 to 15Amps without enclosure complete all as specified and directed.
