Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M-SAND in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement five of sand and ten of HBG jelly )for foundation using 40mm gauge HBG jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water where ever necessary ramming curing etc.,complete in respects complying with relevant Std, Specification and as directed by the Dept, Officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving Flooring with Cut Stone Size 0.60 x 0.60m and 10cm Thick and top surface dressed, pointing with cemint mortar 1:3 (One cement and three C.S sand (M.sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials etc,.

Rough stone dry packing using Rough Stone as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordancewith IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximumwatercement ratioof0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improveworkabilitywithout impairing strength anddurabilitywith about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3cu.m.)5156 kg. of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cu.m')7670kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be madeby the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and Fixing Seepage Pipes of 100mm dia. PVC Pipes of required lengths for abutment sand wings including cost andconveyanceofallmaterials toworksite, cost and labour for 900 mm Dia. Semi spherical back fill arrangements with 100mm. size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for Fixing, etc., to drain of the BACK FILLIN BETWEEN THE ABUTMENTS AND RETURNS.

Providing and Fixing Kraft Paper for full width of seating of deckslab and including cost and conveyance to work site Labour for fixing the same in correct position and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying and FILLING GRAVEL Supplying and filling in'foundation and basement with filling crushed stones and in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying & Fixing 300mm Wide PVC Expansion Joint in the 20mm expansion gap provided in between Decksover Piers and in between deck and dirtwall over abutment as shown in the drawing including cost & conveyance of expansion joints includingShalimar Padand Joint sealant etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding laidover silver oak joists of size10cmx6.50cm spaced at abote 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to13cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc.complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Providing and Fixing of G.I Drainage Spouts 100mm dia as per GOI drawing SD/205 with grating arrangements at top as shown in the drawing and 100mm dia drainage spout projecting atleast 300mm beyond the bottom of deck slab as shown in the drawing including cost and conveyance of Galvanised iron pipes and flats and fixing the min position etc, complete as per cl2705 of MORT&H specification(V Revision).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MildSteel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel andG.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)
