Labour Charges for 2 WIreman/Technician and 2 Helper for rectification by attending telephone fault in junction box, pillar box, internal wiring, line fault, lift line fault, lift phone fault, replacement of telephone instrument, fixing of RJ11/RJ45 telephone/data socket, rearrangement of telephone lines in MDF, pillar / junction box, providing new connection, shifting of telephone, removal of telephone instrument from site during disconnection etc., including replacement, cleaning and making them in good working condition in all campus telephone buildings and as per the terms & condition vide annexure.The replacement items should also be returned promtly for accountability.The rectification of defects and replacement of accessories should be carried out within 2 hours time. Persons assigned jobs under this item shall be aware of safety on lines including electrical while doing wiring work and familarity with the colour code of telephone/data/optical fibre cable.

Providing temporary telephone lines on the site during important events and remove the same when the program is completed. Also, the dedicated technician may be engaged to check the telephone lines in all Lifts and make it working properly as preventive measure which may be carried out on 5 Saturdays per month. The report for the same should be submitted immediately on next working days.

Carrying out preventive maintenance for cleaning of SC connectors using proper cleaning material, testing of SC converter, LAN extender/modem cleaning. The above service to bring the system working and should be carried out on 5 Saturdays per month to cover all main and remote exchanges. The report for the same should be submitted on completion on next working days.
