REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, MANHOLE COVER AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN NAJAFGARH UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

M&L cleaning of all blockage of WC, Bath, Kitchen, WHB, Traps, Soil waste/Vent pipe (Vertical or laid in trenches/floor any type and size), sewage line upto 1st man hole pits and 1st manhole of any section/depth any situation by way of cleaning/dislodging manholes by using any type of manually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign materials from manholes, traps, pits where required and directed by Engr-in-Charge and keeping the sewage system upto 1st manhole functional in perfect condition including final drop out from upto 1st manhole (Working in final condition with taking precautionary measures equipment shall be provided as required or applicable) all as specified and directed. Note : (I) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, etc complete. (ii) Minimum 2 persons sewer man shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iii) The complaint has to be rectified within 08 hrs as given in complaint register, failing which penalty will be imposed @ Rs.100/- per complaint day.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line (beyond 1st manhole) dia of pipe 100 mm and over bore of any description under ground any depth, removing any type of blockage from manhole to manhole by manual rodding//mechanical rooding by jet pressure rodding set etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor himself arrange ie equipped with pressure jetting machine with 5000 Ltr water Tank.

Desludging and Cleaning/clearing of existing manholes (excluding 1st manhole) of any size any shape n exc 1.50 m deep by removing sludge, waste, debris etc from man holes and cleaning with water incl depositing of all sludge, waste debris etc outside Defence land.

Desludging and Cleaning/clearing of existing manholes (excluding 1st manhole) of any size any shape exc 1.50m and n exc 3.00 m deep by removing sludge, waste, debris etc from man holes and cleaning with water incl depositing of all sludge, waste debris etc outside Defence land. Note for Item No 3 & 4 :- During desludging & cleaning manholes of central sewage line necessary arrangement for continuous flow of line through bypass system by Pump/Municipal corpon truck, tractor for avoid blockage of all line and rate for the same shall be included.

M&L for dewatering /de-sludging of soakage well and Dewatering of liquid or semi liquid waste by water sucking hydraulic pressure machine including cleaning of all sludge silt residue of both organic & inorganic natures by manual labour or by mechanical scrappers etc in any position & disposal off all the waste outside defence area. The de-sludging of sewage soakage well is to be carried out up to the bottom slab of sewage sump/sewage/soakage well complete. The sewage well wall & bottom slab to be cleaned by water with high pressure upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Necessary safety precaution to be adhere during working. Note: The rates included for hydraulic pressure machine of this item.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.50 m depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.50 m and n exc 3.00 m depth for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia salt glazed stone ware AC or rein forced concrete pipe incl PCC hunching etc set in cement mortar including removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge
