Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Right of acceptance or rejection of any or all tenders with or without any reasons is reserved with the undersigned or any concerned higher officers of the Department

Conditional tender will not be Considered

Contractors should have to upload the scan copy of all necessary qualification documents

The Photos and Video graphs should be taken before commencement, during execution and after completion of the work in presence of Engineer in charge

The liquidated damage for whole of the works Rs. 0.10 percent per day the maximum amount of liquidated damages for the whole of works is 10 percent of final contract price

The agency shall furnish affidavit stating that existing commitments furnished by him are true

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of each tender and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The department is not responsible for any delay in accessing e-procurement portal

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD 300 LET 2006 Bangalore Dated 01/01/2007 and Government Letter No.PW 134 BMS 2007 Dated 27/7/2007 a sum amounting to 1 percent of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

The Item Rates quoted shall include cost of Royalty charges on construction materials and other taxes as per the prevailing Government Orders at the time of execution and including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, loading and unloading, with all leads and lifts, labour, hire charges of all machineries and equipments and all incidental charges etc complete necessary for completion of work. All the Items shall be executed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work

As per Director, Department of Mines and Geology Bengaluru Circular For the year 2023-24 dated: 07-11-2023, if the contractors fail to submit the Mineral Dispatch Permit(MDP) along with the bill for the sub-minerals used for the works, action will be taken as per the said circular.

The work should be completed within the stipulated period.

The Tenderer shall obtain the work done certificate in the prescribed form from the competent authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer)

Tenderer must submit his present accurate postal address and phone / cell phone number

The bidder must submit 5 years Profit and loss account obtained from Chartered Accountant (CA) Only.

Before tendering for the works the tenderer may inspect the site personally

The Tenderer should have valid KPWD license

Other details and instructions shall be seen and followed as per the bidding documents KW

All Rates included with all lead, lifts, loading and unloading charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, equipments incidental Charges, etc., complete. and as per specification and directions of the Engineer incharge of the work

Any damage during the progress of work, the damage cost shold be beared by the Contractor.

Corrigendum will be published in the web site/News Paper for all modifications/corrections if any

Technical Criteria

General

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of works for which tenders already submitted
