Estimate for providing protections D/S eroded/ washed away portion of Mehangrowal choe super passage of Kandi Canal at R.D 52.026 Km caused due to heavy rain fall on 2011 and onwards.

Amount

1 ) Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where pick jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm. Layer with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 metres.

2) Excavation of soil using hydraulic JCB and hydraulic tractor trolly including cutting and loading in trolly and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts and leads.(choe bed)

3 ) RCC Grade M20 with batching plant, transit Mixer and Concrete Pump.

4 ) Cement concrete 1:4:8 with brick ballast 40mm gauge using concrete mixer volumetric type.

5) Cement concrete 1:3:6 with stone ballast or shingle using concrete mixer volumetric type.

6 ) Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/Tor Steel Bar) Bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008, for RCC works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and placing in position complete.

6A ) Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth,extra for laying earth/fly ash as per specifications for compaction in 20 cm layers and dressing but excluding cost of rolling. Extra for watering the earth/fly ash laid in 20 cm layers as per srecifications for compaction.

6B ) Laying 1:3 (cement,water) cement slurry with cement @2.25 kg/sqm on prepared bed and side slopes before laying concrete.

7) Filling stone or spall on level

8 ) Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle using concrete mixer volumetric type.

9) First class burnt brickwork laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth.

10) Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle using concrete mixer volumetric type. for coping on the Brick Masonry toe wall 150mm thick.

11) Filling stone or spall on side slopes behind pitching(1 in 15)

12) Stone or kankar block pitching (horizontal).

13 ) Boulder masonry in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth.

14) Filling stones or spall into crates and hand packing.

15) Weaving wire netting for wire crates including binding sides and partitions to make crates of 15 cm x 15 cm or 25 cm x 7.5 cm mesh.

16 Dismantling concrete or precast concrete.
