M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper of wall to newly plastered surfaces over chalk whitening including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing in position wall/ceiling panelling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) panels/tiles of size 595 x 595mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NCR 0.70 to 0.85 as per IS 8225:1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4) -1970 and light reflectance of 75% to 85% (minimum), comprising of frame made from especially fabricated galvanized mild steel sheet 0.05mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e., vertcal studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600m. Glass wool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with the self-tapping pan held nickel coated mild steel screw of size 13 x 3.2mm on this grid leaving an even groove of 1mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended joining compund and fibre joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 meter) roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per maufacturer's specification as per direction of Engr-in-Charge all complete with 10mm thcik fully perforated square/square butt edge GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) panels/tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas,not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil including bolder Stone complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 20 but exceeding 1.5 m and not exceeding 3.0 m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 20 but exc 3.0m and not exc 4.50 m deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm, 36 watt, CW, 230 V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, suitable for panel roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with proper colour coding , insulated , unsheathed , multistranded ,copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 6 Sqrmm for phase and neutral as one run of 6.0 Sqrmm for earth wire unsheathed , multistranded , copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length incl taking down old wiring. Note : Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.
