Clean removal dust particles and Other materials in Exsisting Floor Surface and applying of bitumen paint 2 coats For Sunken portion of OTS and as Directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water proof coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. After drying, second coat shall be applied on the first coat as directed by the departmental officers etc. The rate inclusive of cost of materials and labour, etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor/Roof Beam, Lintels, Cantilever Beams, Bed Blocks etc.. with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over Steel adjustable Span of Size 2m x 2m(expandable upto 3.60m) and Silver Oak Joists of Size 10 x 5 cm spaced at 50cm to 60cm c/c and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) Spaced at not more than 50 to 60cm c/c , etc complete complying with standard specifications. Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire) (Data as per new Data book SL. Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Rectification of beams, column and slabs by dismantling and chippling the distressed portico clearing of reinforcement with wire brush and by sand blasting, clearing and water washing applying corrosion inhibitor coating at the rate of 1.20kg/m2 over the affected surface as per the specification given by the manufacturing guniting with CM 1:3 (one cement and three P-sand) to an average thickness of 40mm under pressure and finished neatly including hire charges for all tools & plants labour, fuel charges including all leads for portable water including curing 7 days and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reconstruction of Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately) (Data as per new Data book SL. No.216)

First floor

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with best quality double charged vitrified Tiles of size 600x600x8mm thick and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Dadooing the walls with new printed design ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design of Stain Free Nano Polish Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm conforming to IS 15622 of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand),10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Flooring with ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the top of roof with new Solar Reflective Ceramic Tiles of required design of size (12"x12") 305 x 305 x 7mm thick of approved make over base layer of cement mortar 1:3,(One cement and three sand) 12mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with tiles and cement in ratio 1:3 with epoxy packing for joints laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work. (Data as per new Data book Sl.No.318)

Supplying and installation of 2'x2' Armstrong board False ceiling using 12mm thick of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling using 'U' shaped galvanished iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20m centre to centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing U' shaped GI channel of size 50x10x0.55mm thickness at 0.90m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W. reepers at corners intermediately and fixing of POP on the panel provided as per design/pattern given by the site office and finishing the ceiling surface with same plaster of paries materials etc. Necessary openings should be made for providing spot lights, florescent tubes in the ceiling by using kitply 12mm thick and openings should be covered with acrylic panel etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the partition with new one of Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish aluminium partition with fully pre laminated board partition with aluminium box section of with 63.50mm x 38.10mm x 1.28mm, 1.41mm @ 81.8 Kg/m extruded box section at bottom, and horizontal members are spaced at 90cm center to center and to vertical member are spaced at 1.20m, 2.10m, and 2.80m, height from floor level, panels, should be covered with 9mm thick PLB Exterior grade necessary aluminium clips of size 19mm x 17.30mm x 0.90mm @ 0.124Kg/m, 'L' angle, screws etc., The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish, under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, converyance, scaffolding if any required etc., and necessary dismantling making holes in RCC masonry, brick masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition as directed by the departmental officers. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing inposition.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windowsshould be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position Mosquito net arrangements of Sliding type. The Outer Sliding frame shall be made with Powder coated Aluminium Natural colour matt finish Aluminium Hollow section of size 40mmx38mmx1.55mm.
