Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Rectification of beams, column and slabs by dismantling and chippling the distressed portico clearing of reinforcement with wire brush and by sand blasting, clearing and water washing applying corrosion inhibitor coating at the rate of 1.20kg/m2 over the affected surface as per the specification given by the manufacturing guniting with CM 1:3 (one cement and three P-sand) to an average thickness of 40mm under pressure and finished neatly including hire charges for all tools & plants labour, fuel charges including all leads for portable water including curing 7 days and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and installation of 2'x2' Armstrong board False ceiling using 12mm thick of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling using 'U' shaped galvanished iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20m centre to centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing U' shaped GI channel of size 50x10x0.55mm thickness at 0.90m centre to centre on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W. reepers at corners intermediately and fixing of POP on the panel provided as per design/pattern given by the site office and finishing the ceiling surface with same plaster of paries materials etc. Necessary openings should be made for providing spot lights, florescent tubes in the ceiling by using kitply 12mm thick and openings should be covered with acrylic panel etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. The door shall be a plain matt board as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. The WPC door shall be fixed onto the Aluminium “G” type channel with Wheel and the door shall have 2 Hooks in SS, 2 Handles 4” in SS (Sliding door) etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
Renewing the partition with new one of Aluminium anodized natural colour matt finish aluminium partition with fully pre laminated board partition with aluminium box section of with 63.50mm x 38.10mm x 1.28mm, 1.41mm @ 81.8 Kg/m extruded box section at bottom, and horizontal members are spaced at 90cm center to center and to vertical member are spaced at 1.20m, 2.10m, and 2.80m, height from floor level, panels, should be covered with 9mm thick PLB Exterior grade necessary aluminium clips of size 19mm x 17.30mm x 0.90mm @ 0.124Kg/m, 'L' angle, screws etc., The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish, under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868/1962 specification for an average anodic film thickness. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, converyance, scaffolding if any required etc., and necessary dismantling making holes in RCC masonry, brick masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original condition after fixing the partition as directed by the departmental officers. All materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before fixing inposition.
Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windowsshould be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.
Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position Mosquito net arrangements of Sliding type. The Outer Sliding frame shall be made with Powder coated Aluminium Natural colour matt finish Aluminium Hollow section of size 40mmx38mmx1.55mm. The Horizontal and Vertical Aluminium Hollow section Slidingtrack shutter frame of size 20mmx44mmx1.55mm. The Mid Horizontal Aluminium Hollow section frame provided in the sliding track shutter with a size of 10mmx11mmx1.55mm. The Epoxy coated Stainless Steel 304 grade wire mesh with dia of 0.19mm shall be provided for Net. The Mosquito net arrangement should be fixed to the window with 100% packing with Screws, Silicon packing all around the frames with including cost of all materials, labours, power consumption required for fabrication, drilling holes in RCC column/wall, masonry walls, Window frames, wherever necessary with drills to the required extent and make good to the original conditions after fixing and also as directed. All the Aluminium sections are to the powder coated with matt finish under electrically controlled conditions in accordance with relevant IS Code etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Tower bolt, lock, door stopper and all materials labour power consumption required for fabrication drilling required for fabrication drilling holes in RCC columns floor slabs masonry wall wherever necessary with power drills to the required extent and make the same to original condition after fixing and as directed. All the aluminium sections are to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with IS 1868-1962 for an average anodic film thickness of 15 microns etc., complete. The materials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works. The rate shall be inclusive of all materials, labour for fixing transportation loading, unloading and all other incidential charges.
Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.
