Repair and cleaning work of the sewer lines of RUIDP and Housing Board at Scheme No. 2, Lajpat Nagar, Malviya Nagar, Ambedkar Nagar and other locations.

Desilting the sewer lines through jetting and suction machines including cleaning, barricading, and reconstruction of manholes for section isolation by plugging and flow stoppage, setting up the over-pumping arrangements, traffic management jetting and dislodging of accumulated silt from the pipelines, removal of silt through suction hose, disposal of removed silt upto a distance of 20 Km, necessary temporary repairs of sewers to stop locational collapses, ingress of ground water in the desilted section of the pipelines all complete as per the specifications and direction of Engineer. Evaluation pipeline condition through inline Closed Circuit Television survey to assess the internal condition and material of the buried pipelines including accurate measurement of the length & diameter / cross section, invert levels and other physical attributes of buried pipelines, identification of all defects, joints and connections, measurement and recording of their location / position, sizes, & conditions of such pipelines including provision of survey report and records of the conditions, both through video recording in PAL format on a new VHS cassette as well as a report on the structural condition of the pipelines as per the specifications and direction of Engineer.

Replacement of pipelines through Pneumatic / Static Pipe Bursting process including making of bursting tool entry pits, all related civil works for site preparation, like excavation, shoring/ strutting, maintaining the pits (upto 3 m depth), traffic management etc., flow stoppage by the appropriate stinking methods, bypass pumping, installing the HDPE PE 100 PN-6 pipe, restoring the manholes after replacement pipe installation etc., completion and service reconnection as per the specifications and direction of Engineer(Extra 30% on above for executing under water table)

Rehabilitation of existing sewer pipeline by Cured-in-Place Pipe CIPP/ Machine Wound Spiral Lining (MWSL) method including site survey, plugging and flow diversion, cleaning, pre-lining CCTV survey, repair of defects, pre-lining measurements, designing, site preparatory work, installation of impregnated liner/ MWSL Liner, curing of liner using hot water/ steam recirculation, jointing, grouting, post-lining CCTV survey and measurement, commissioning and restoration of roads and services all inclusive. Above 500 upto 750 mm

Operation & maintenance of sewerage collection & conveyance system (RCC/ HDPE/HDPE DWC pipes) from consumer point to STP complete. (line between property chamber and sewer manhole will not be measured for payment purpose). (Cleaning Should be Done by Jetting Machine which is Provided by Contrator)
