Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in unform layers with grder in Sub-Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MORTH Specification Clause 404 complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts through all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per MORTH Specification Clause 502 complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts through all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with low viscosity liquid bituminous material RS-1 emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg/Sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleared with mechanical brooms as per MORTH Specification Clause 503 complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts through all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm (Fifty milimetre) thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumen binder (VG-10) @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix material to work site in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping & laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification Clause 505 complete in all respects with in all leads and lifts through all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with low viscosity liquid bituminous material RS-1emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 Kg/Sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleared with mechanical brooms as per MORTH Specification Clause 502 complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts through all mode of transportation and as per the entire satisfication and direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Providing and laying Porous hot bituminous mix as per grading of IRC SP 125: 2019 with Drum/batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 3.1 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects and then cooling to air temperature. Subsequently then grouting through cementitious material to ensure full depth grouting for CGBM layer (40mm) as per job mix formula developed by CRRI in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..
