Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof , disposal of retrieved material and stacking properly as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Dismantling of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof disposal off rubbish upto a distance not exceedomg 500.00mtr where directed ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material and Labour for Water proofing tratment to existing roof / terrace (material of water proof treatment as approved by GE) Single component, acrylic based, flexible, micro fibre reinforced waterproofing and heat reflective coating system. the treatment shall be carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and shall include the followings: (a) Preparation of substrate and cleaning it off all loose and triable by mechanical means (b) Open the cracks lines to form , V grooves with cutter/hammer/chisel up to 5-10mm and filling with crack filler and PU sealant. (c) application of primer coat @ 0.2 to 0.3 kg/ sqm followed by the first coat @ 0.75kg/ Sqm. (d) The second coat shall be applied @ 0.75 kg / Sqm and reinforced with fabric re-inforcement between the first and second coat. (e) The top coat of primer shall be applied after the second coat dries off @ 0.05-0.08 Kg per Sqm. (f) The material shall adhere to following specification. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF MATERIAL Tensile Strength 1.5 MPa ASTM D412 Elongation at Break > 200% ASTM D412 Adhesion in Peel > 1.5 MPa (on concrete substrate) EN 1542 Crack Bridging Ability Passes upto 3.2mm Width ASTM C1305 Permeability to Water Vapour Passes IS 2645 Water Vapour Transimission ~ 23 g/m²/24hr ASTM E96 Water Absorption < 10% ( by Mass) ASTM D570 Microbiological Resistance No Algae & Fungal Growth ASTM D5590 Solar Reflectance Index 102 ASTM E1980. Note : Complete material shall be approved by GE and procured in bulk and kept in lock and key. Note : The installation company should be trained and authorized by Manufacturer & installation to be carried out as per manufacturers approved method statement. All auxiliary & accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system. Any component used which is not manufactured by the particular manufacturer can only be used with official approval from manufacturer in consultation with GE.
Material and Labour for 40mm average thick PCC padding in 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in roof slab finishing the surface even and fair using Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Liquid Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.
Material and labour for cement slurry @ 1.2 kg /sqm spreading with bristle brush and rendering 15 mm (average thickness) in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair mixing with Liquid water proof compound 200ml per 50 kg cement bag on roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Liquid water proof compound shall be measured and paid separately.
Material and Labour for Making benching with PCC 1:2:4 type- B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates using with Liquid Water Proof compound as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly as supply only under appropriate item of Schedule 'A' BoQ.
Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete as per manufacturer's instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and fixing in replacement three layers 500 litre HDPE water storage tanks polyproof. white in colour rotational moulded polyethylene (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including Supply and fixing of suitable size inlet/outlet arrangement & other accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1.Overflow pipes and Ball valves shall be measured and paid as supply and fixing seperately under appropriate items of Schedule'A' BoQ.

Supply and fixing 50 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe Type -B single socketed as over flow pipe for water tank in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with projrcted MS clamps of size 25mm x 3mm at 1.2 mtr interval, and making good in cement mortar in 1:3 at opening including compete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and Fixing 50 mm bore, PVC (SWR) fittings Type -B such as bends, tee, shoe etc; fixed to PVC pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition of RCC as in roof slabs (other than ground floors), beams, stair case, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:The weight of scrap iron for schedule of credit shall be ascertain by BOO as ordered by GE.The copy of BOO duly countersinged by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill.
Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
Supply , Providing and fixing chicken wire mesh ( Murga jali ) in cement plaster or over joints of R.C.C and brickwork or as per site requirement of 24 gauge & 12 mm mesh and 300 mm width for construction joints and chasing in brick work for electrical conduits or water supply pipes and pegs/nails with nailing machine as required before rendering / plastering etc. complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.Note: Rendering / plastering shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item no. 5.00 of Schedule'A' BoQ here-in- before. Material and Labour for Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire circumference surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc., complete and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement : per sqm of breaking area of concrete only.
Material and Labour for Providing and application of Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in 2 coats to the entire circumference surface of bars (consumption Qty as per manufacturer's instructions but min 0.4 kg/Sqm approx) in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as per manufacturer's instructions , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete.
Material and Labour for Apply SBR based bonding agent to the entire concrete surface prior to building up of concrete with Polymer modified mortar or any other treatment , including cleaning the surface to remove dirt, dust or any other impurities on the surface, etc. complete in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items complete all as per manufacturer's instructions , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and Labour for Rebuilding the section of structural damaged RCC/PCC elements of Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops repair to spalling concrete to its original size and shape in layers of 10 mm average thickness in 1st layer by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber based repair mortar having compressive strength >= 50 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/ sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 complete all as per manufacturer's instructions , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
All as per Srl item No 23.00 here-in-above but for each additional 10mm uniform thickness for subsequent layers.
Material and Labour for Drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep holes in slab at the interval of 300 mm or as directed by Enginner-in-charge in staggered manner or along the crack line in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV (Non Returnable Valve) nozzle compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 Hrs before Grouting including nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc. complete all as per manufacturer's instructions ,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and Labour for Supply , Grouting, injecting two part, low viscosity, moisture insensitive injection liquid, based on high strength epoxy resin by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout for column, beam and roof slab having following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM D 695; Tensile Strength >= 30 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv ) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle. Note:- leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per kg of material consumed.
Material and Labour for Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC/PCC elements to original size in thickness upto 100 mm by supply nd casting with ready to use non shrink cemneticious free flow micro concrete having compressive strength >= 50 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTMC 1107-99; including mixing , placing and levelling the surface by granding of cementicious sslurry or cementicious joiints difference if any and curing incl necessary form work , complete all as per manufacturer's instructions , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Note for Serial item Nos. 1.00 ,8.00,9.00,11.00 ,13.00 & 17.00 of BoQ:- 1. All old unservicable material obtained from serial item Nos.1.00 ,8.00,9.00,11.00 ,13.00 & 17.00 shall be deposited in the store yard of concerned AGE B/R of GE North Bathinda by the contractor at his own arrangment as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Nothing shall be paid extra to contractor on this account.
