Taking out unsv mild steel covers of valve chambers and Supply and Fixing covers of valve chambers duly hinged fabricating the frame by using 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron of size 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm thick including making locking arrangement and fixing the above cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and providing hold fast of appropriate size made to shape of 50mm x 6mm mild steel flat including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B', straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm stone graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span,cills,steps,seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height , coppings,kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 04028 , water troughs and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in road cutting including necessary form work & finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Excavating in trenches by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator), not exc1.5 m wide and 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes in trenches n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out for soft or loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling with earth obtained from excavation including spreading, watering & consolidation in layers not exceeding 15 cms thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Site clearance in soft/loose soil including Grubbing up Kikar tree trunk including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, bushes, wild grass growth, sarkanda etc, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material by JCB machine to a distance n exc. 50 m and clearing site and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- During removal of the trees/bushes etc the holes made during uprooting shall be made good level with the existing ground surface to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for provn bypass supply from Wash out and over flow to existing out let including existing out let line cutting, Tees and connected DI fittings, nuts, bolts and testing in connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe, centrifugally cast ISI marked with socket and spigot/Flange as per site reqmt confirming to IS-8329/2000 of standard length of K-9 specification with outside zinc coating of size 250mm bore including tyton joint/DI fittings complete all as specified and directed. Location: OHTs of Barasingh Vihar and Cheetal Complex Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured including quoted rate.. (ii) Fitting shall be measured including quoted rate.
