Construction of Tube-well at ENF, Bassi

Construction of Tube-well from ground levels and up to 100 mtr. depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipes of following sizes in all types of alluvium strata by rotary drilling method and with gravel as per IS 4097-1967and packing as per IS2800 Part-I & II 1979 as amended upto date(the work includes the cost of gravels as recommended, its primary packing and packing during development, lowering & Jointing of housing pipe & strainer pipe assemble. With supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary, for arresting fine sand particles, the work I/C the cost of required arrangements & water for rotary drilling methed & filling of gravels, jointing of pipes etc. completed as per direction of Engineer-Incharge. 250 mm dia

Construction of tube-well upto any depth in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden, to accommodate casing pipe of the 200 mm in all types of soils and overburden including lowering of casing pipes, but excluding cost of casing pipes as per IS:2800 (Part I & II) 1979 specifications. The work would be completed after development of tube-well obtaining sand free water. Tubewell should have a throught bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe.

Supplying of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS:4270/1992) of grade FE 410 of 200 mm at site of work. OD=210mm, thickness of pipe 5.40mm mass of tube 28.50 kg. per meter.

Supply/Fixing of tubewell cover of M.S. Sheet 6mm thick with nut & bolt complete for 200mm dia M.S. black Casing pipe.

Supply / fixing strainer pipes made of ERW M.S. black pipe ISI mark of 250mm nominal bore at the site of work including required size of slotting as per IS:8110-1985 thickness of pipe 5.4mm with supply and wrapping of coir rope wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles including lowering, welding charging etc. complete.

Providing & lowering G.I. flange pipes including rubber washer and nuts of 8mm dia complete in all respect 50mm dia 'B' class ISI mark, Jindal / T.T. Swastik make both ends should be welded with G.I. heavy duty ISI mark flanges. Length of one pipe should not be more than 3 Mtr. All pipes will be painted with black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacturer over a priming coat of ready mix zinc chromate yellow primer.

Development of Tube well as per IS specification using suitable compressor of 200 PSI, 9000 + CFM Compressor to give sand free water for required yield of the gravel packed Tube well.

SITC of radial/ mixed flow submersible motor pump sets ISI marked (IS:8034-1989) of approved make with required accessories including making connection suitable for T.W / D.C.B/ Open well. The job includes lowering of riser pipe , G.I./ H.D.P.E. pipe with rope , cables, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect. 100mm diameter submersible pump shall have following HP Rating , phase, head , minimum Discharge respectively. 5.0 HP, 3-ø, (120-220) Mtr, (100-38) LPM discharge K.S.B. Motor Model No. UQD152/17) with outlet 50 mm dia

Providing & laying of PVC insulated submersible cable, with copper conductor of superior quality Gloster/ Havells / L & T make including making connection etc. 4 sqm x 3core flat

Providing & laying of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed cable of 1.1 KV grade with aluminium conductor of IS:1554 Gloster/ Havells / L & T Make including excavation of 30cm x 75cm size trenches as per IS 2525, 25cm thick under layer of sand IInd class brick covering, refilling earth in the remaining portion, making necessary connection including testing etc. as required of size. 6 sqmm x 4 core armored.

Providing and fixing G.I. 'B' -Class pipe Jindal/ T.T. Swastik Make (external work) with G.I. fittings (IS:1239 Make) including trenching and refilling earth.

Providing and fixing gun metal non-returned valve or check valve ISI Leader Make superior quality. 50mm dia horizontal type.

Supply & fixing M.S. Clamp Set of 50 x 6mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.
