Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including cleaning off premises where directed

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm size graded stone aggregate)aggregate as foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for forming expansion joints 100 mm deep x 12 mm wide filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound.grade'A', complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 20mm size graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, 75 mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen 85/25 and sand in the proportion of (1:3 ) by weight complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete surfaces and applying 5 mm thick epoxy polyurethane system including cleaning of surface from dust, dirt, moisture & all foreign materials from the floor. Al floors to be cleared by means of scrubber. After that the floor shall be cleaned by using solvent/degrease cleaner to remove residues for floor cleaning all mechanized equipment shall be used like scrubber, sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners, moisture test machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying primer of two component, solvent-free, epoxy-polymido amine system having a volumetric ratio of mixing of 2:1. Mixing resin and hardener by weight shall not be allowed. The primer shall be applied @ coverage of 5 Sqm per litre, yielding a DFT of 200 microns complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for epoxy based self leveling screed having a minimum thickness of 3800 microns. The self leveling screed shall consist of a low viscous epoxy-amine cured system and graded aggregates. The epoxy system shall have a volumetric ratio of mixing of resin in (2:1) ratio. The aggregates shall be added in the ratio of (1:3) or (1:3:5). The screed shall have compressive strength of minimum 60 N/Sqmm. The layer shall be desecrated by spike roller to dislodge air pockets. Gloss level of material will be semi glossy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying EPU based self levelling top coat. The top coat shall be of EPU type where urethane linkages are infused in to epoxy matrix, so as to enhance wear resistance, flexibility and impact resistance. EPU top coat shall have a columetric ratio of mixing of (2:1). No filler or aggregates are added in the topcoat at the site, as the addition of fillers will reduce the flexibility. It should yield a thickness of 1000 microns. The volumetric mixing ratio will be (2:1). The compressive strength of the top coat shall be 45MPa, Tensile strength will be 10MPa, and flexural strength will be 15MPa. Top coat wear resistance (weight loss)/ Abraission Resistance<0.15 mg. Gloss level of material will highly glossy in finish complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for providing and laying self leveling elasto-meric concrete in any depth and any width as required for repair to cracks, corner spawling, pot holes, damaged edges of construction/dummy/expansion joints of cement concrete pavement/ slabs of Runway/ Taxi-track as required and finishing by means of trowels and flats alongwith application of a coat of special primer for elastomeric concrete after preparation of surface by removal of all loose material by disc cutter or by chiselling and cleaning by using air blower including all consumable materials, tools, labour etc including removal of all the spoils/ loose materials from site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed
