SPECIAL REPAIRS TO HT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, HT CABLE, HT POLES ACSR CONDUCTORS AND ALLIED WORKS AT LOWER GRN AT MENDHAR UNDER GE 881 EWS

S& F in repair of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 11000 volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts or fixed to walls/poles complete all as specified. (Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply and fixing in replacement of Air break gang operated switch with 12 insulators outdoor type, triple pole, mounted on 12 insulators, mechanically operated, suitable for vertical installation, single break, provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS channel, HT post type insulator contacts of copper alloy, high pressure, heavy duty contact assembly operating rod 25mm dia GI pipe, medium grade, complete including drop out fuses conforming to IS-1818, rated voltage 11 KV and for current rating 200 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of size 6/1x2.59 (weasel), 6/1x2.11 (squirrel) conductor for HT/LT lines on steel tubular poles, stretching without kinks and bends including binding wire complete , complete all as specified.

Supplying, fixing in replacement and erecting truly to vertical position steel tubular swaged pole complete with base plate welded with pole, finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11m long) including one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of aluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including numbering with black paint and painting with bituminous paint internally complete and externally for portion embedded in PCC, complete all as specified and directed (PCC, earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items).

S&F in repair cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of red oxide primer coat and two coat of silver paint all as specified and directed.

Replacement of Danger notice plate of size 25 x 20 cm, made of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with and including mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT poles, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Lightning arrestors (set of three) metal oxide surge type (ZnO) complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm height, 150mm dia for working pressure 11000 Volts grade of HT line including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles and stay/installation paths complete all as specified and direct
