Cutting uprooting and clearing jungles including shrubs, water weeds, bushes, trees, plants, upto 30 cm. girth including removing as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in Excavation in ordinary soil / mixed soil i.e. clay mixed with moorun, kankar, pebbles / silt dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil for WDS / WHS / RESERVOIR / SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator of required bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment! disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1500 m including spreading, leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area. (mode of measurement: pre work and post work).
Bailing out water by pump including all leads and lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal, where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.
Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.
A) Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity).
Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes iv) With local hard blackstone variety chips (crusher broken)
Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. (a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel II. Other than SAIL/ TATA/RINL.
Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) f) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar, (b) 15 mm thick plaster.
Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etcNOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m..

Suppplying RC spun pipe (NP2) and matching collar as per specition including loading, unloding carriage and stacking properly at site as per instruction of Engineer in charge .(i). 225mm dia
(ii) 225mm dia coller
Labour charge for laying, fitting and fixing in position RC spun pipe (NP2) with collar in canal banks, roads, including caulking the joints of collars as when and ecessary with cement mortar (prop. 1 : 2) jute and bitumen etc. as approved including preparing sub-grade, curing including cost and carriage of sand, cement etc. complete (excluding cost and carriage of pipes and collars from Departmental stack yard).
Campaigning in the command area of clustered LDTW Sub-Projects by community workers for mass awarness , capacity building to achieve sustainability of Sub-Projects .Cost include wage paymnet to community workers,transportation ,leaflet etc.
Meeting Cost of WUA formation ,cost including Refreshment ,training materials ,transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker,remuneration to resource person and incidental charges
Registration Cost for WUA under suitable act(Society) deed writing incuding registration charge,conveyance cost & opening Bank A/C etc.
Livelyhood plan/Micro plan formulation cost for minor irrigation scheme ,cost including refreshment,training materials,transport local conveyance ,wage payment to community worker,remuneration to resource person and incidental crage (rate on meeting)
Meeting and onsite demonstration for opening & maintenance of tubewells,water mangement and mode of collection of water tax,building of corpus fund etc.
Dumentation Cost for activities of WUA Scheme - by still photography,report booklet et c in both hard and soft copy
Impact study & monitoring of scheme by site visit of 2 Community workers during 3 years period
