Designing, Supply, erection and commissioning of IP-68 Protected Electricallyoperated Solenoid Valves which converts electrical signals energy into mechanical signals energy made out of Good Quality Brass/SS-304 of various sizes mum obstruction for a high flow rate.

Designing, supply, erection and commissioning of musical fountain controller processing unit with advance renesas micro processor based chipset controller having pre programmed controller of multi channel fountain controller. The fountain controller should be capable to automaticalley control the operation solvenoid valves with pre programmed music show of 30-40 minute duration. Commissioning and testing of IP68 Protected underwater lighting system manufactured by ISO certified firm Premier/wet design/Famous with dynamic color changing capability continually red, Green, blue shall consist of 9 X 1W (9 Watt), 12 V/24V DC Led lamps Mounted on MCPCB comprising high quality water proof luminaries. The Luminaries shall have die cast aluminum alloy helices for strength and totally protected by fused epoxy polyester coating on all surfaces. The wall thickness of Luminaries not less than 5 mm. The wiring shall be reputed make double insulated PVC within copper conductor. The Connection shall be fully water proof. All external nuts, bolts and stands of stainless steel.

Complete Plumbing Pipes for waterbody in length are made of G.I. B class pipe, ring with Powder coating on surfaces/Upvc as required with including all fittings Sockets, T-Joints, NRV, Elbows, Unions, Mta, Fta, Hose Nipples, PVC flexible Hydraulic hose with heavy duty clamps.

Operating and cleaning of musical fountain for one year every day one show of fountain system on/off and starting of fountain every two week cleaning water pond and running satisfactory in all respect as per instruction on engineer in-charge.

Supply and fixing Glass Mosaic tiles of 20 X 20 X 4 mm size of approved shade and design with required adhesive over bed of 15 mm thick cement, sand mortar 1:3 including nicely finished joints. Thickness of joints shall not be more than 1.5 mm using water proof joints filler ( as recommended by manufacture ) & finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. Plate Earthing as per PWD specification for electrical Works as per IS:3043 with copper Earth plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 3.0mm by embodying 3 to 4 mtr. below the ground level with 20 mm dia. G.I. 'B' class watering Pipe ,including all accessories like nut, bolts, reducer, nipple, wire meshed funnel, and Heavy duty weather proof poly-propylene earth pit chamber with lockable Jam free lid suitable for safe working load 5000 Kg or more of size Top Dia. 225 to 260 mm, Bottom Dia 300 to 350 mm. and Height 250 to 300 mm. and embodying the pipe complete with alternate layers salt and coke/ charcoal, testing of earth resistance for value of 5 ohms or less as required & must record by engineer in charge during site visit and ensure to enter in measurment book.
