M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in sub-base/under flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) are of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n exc 0.18 sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or door frames including shutters exc 1.5 sqm n exc 4 sqm each complete all as directed.

S&F plain, solid, straight chowkats of second class hard wood and frames, wrough, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chemfered, put together with glue pinned at joints including 30cm long hold fast conforming to Fe 290 gde 165 of section 25x6mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm thick BWP commercial; ply or 12mm thick veneered particle boards on both sides. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemicaly pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item but single (one) coat on old steel surfaces including preparation.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as perconditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of MCB DB/TPN any type including MCB SP/SPN and making good of wall complete all as specified and directed.
