Operation , Maintenance of 5(Five) Nos. Centrifugal High Lift Pumping Machineries for Clear Water and Chlorination system along Control Devices, L.T. MCC cum PDB Panel, Starter and other Electrical Gadgets including operation of different diameter manual and actuator operated valves, entire lighting arrangement inside and outside of the Treatment plant building round the clock by engaging experienced personnel including sweeping & Scavenging of the Pump House complex on daily-basis for maintaining highest level of cleanliness and sanitation and also supplying sundry materials as per direction of E.I.C.

Operation & maintenance of 3(Three) Nos. Centrifugal Pumping Machineries installed at River along with control devices, L.T. Control and distribution panel Automatic Starter and other Electrical Gadgets including operation of different manual and actuator operated valves, entire lighting arrangement of Intake jetty and campus by engaging field experienced personnel round the clock, upkeepment of entire install ation . cleaning ensuring safety as per direction of E.I.c.

Operation & Maintenance 11/0.433 KV, 2X250KVA Sub-station including all allied electrical accessories, checking and fault finding of all interconnected power cable laid from WTP to Intake pumping station and among different work houses like sub station, high lift P/H, filter house, chemical house, internal distribution wiring with entire illumination arrangement inside and outside of all building by engaging experienced Electrician round the clock, upkeepment of entire installation, cleaning, ensuring safety as per direction of E.I.C.

Periodial inspection thrice in a month and as & when required by Electrical Supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Sub-station Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy/ fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, Motors,valves with Actuators, flow / level/ pressure instruments, gauges, lightings, waisting arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, capacitors, Transformer, Battery and Battery charger along with in-house lighting system.

Periodical maintenance by Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in the existing HT & LT panel board, PDBs, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets, Coils, greasing of pump & motor bearing, filling up lubricating oil, change of gland packing etc at the site once in a month along with minor repairing (if required) of the electro mechanical equipments by supplying necessary sundry materials/electro mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/ Electrician and to be recorded in the Log Book with date.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. and testing of all relays, LT & HT breakers, earthing arrangement system including testing of transformer & AVR oil by any agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit, twice in a year (preferably in the month of December and June) and submission of the test report in duplicate to Department in each case as required and as per direction of EIC.
