M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on roof surface finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying UV stable single component smart care damp proof ultra is a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid appplied water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylics fibres and having SRI of 106 on top of concrete roof surface in three coats including self primer at ratio pf damp proof and water 3:1 and coverage @ 1 Ltr/10 Sqm with a thickness of 650 micron. Note : (i) 6 Hrs interval between two coats will be maintained. (ii) The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator approved by GE as per the manufacturer (iii) Payment will be made after providing warrnty certificate from the company.

M&L for Cool roof tiles 300x300x10mm white vitrified water absorption < 0.5% SRI >90 (ASTME 1980, EN673 and En 411) BPEL (Building energy perforance laboratry) certified laid over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick CM(1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and injecting appoved grout in proportion Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified cement slurry non shrinx compound in concrete/ RCC work. made with recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of GE. Note:- The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : SIKA/BASF/PIDILITE or Techno Commercial equivalent in make as approved by GE.

M & L for Providing cement concrete(1:2:4) type Bo (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) for coved fillets of radius 75mm provided at junction of roof and parapet/vertical surfaces, pedding concrte to achive slope as required & making plateform for water tank on roof slab etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work using old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for Brick work built in CM (1:4) with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with Reusing the old bricks obtained complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain/manhole set in cm (1:6) complete all as specified & directed . Note : Cost of Form Work is deemed to be inclusive of unit rate quoted by the contractor & reinforcement shall be measured & paid Separately.

M & L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia or over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as in column, beam etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster/dado on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers of 10+5mm thick with using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement in top layer of 5mm thick as per manufacturer's instructions, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note rate are including in rendering and work will be carried out upto the height of 10 mtr.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : rate are including in rendering and work will be carried out upto the height of 10 mtr.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from external/internal/ceilings surfaces/ walls/ RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces/ existing platered surfaces and applying acrylic wall care putty in internal/ external walls/ RCC surfaces/ soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony/ ceilings etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using spray gun to external walls/ RCC surfaces/ soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces by applying two coats of interior grade wall putty and making it smooth with sand paper by mechanical method i.e. with hand electric grinder then applying two coats of Acrylic distemper over one coat of cement primer including all as specified by mechanical method i.e. spray gun all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling water tanks of 500 ltrs and removing to store complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
