Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms or by road dust cleaning machine and finally fanning the cleaned surface with compressed air machine to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as directed. (Note: Rate included for removing grass,roots, vegitation/scum on black top surfaces complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. )

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as directed.

M & L for Pre-mix bituminous, macadam using bitumen VG-30 grade @ 4% binder content by weight of total mix, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) with 8 to 10 ton power roller complete all as directed. (Mix shall be from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver).

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30 grade by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechnical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as directed.

M & L for painting centre line, arrow ,dashes, letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with retro refletive thermoplastic roads marking paint not less than 2mm thick of approved make applied with machine as per manufacturers instruction including preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.
