Taking down wooden / Aluminium / Iron / PVC chowkhats or frames with shutters (with out taking off shutter from frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for anodised aluminium for door/ window /ventilator/ partition frame and shutter for door/ window/ ventilator etc with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, and necessary locking arrangments, etc .Including dismantling old partition etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prelaminated particle board 12mm thick interior grade prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and as directed. .

S & F 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc. 0.5 Sq.m. in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting opening in cement concrete walls (any description) for door, window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering, etc. (with or without reinforcement) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of existing plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of 3mm thick wall care putty after complete removal of existing any type of treatment over wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame including beading on top exposive portion wherever required and dismantling old wall panelling any type and size all as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed to timber/ GI/ Aluminium frame work with screws in ceiling including S & F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm and aluminium sections for false ceiling main/ cross tee of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 2.4mm weighing 0.24 Kg/Rm and wall angle of size 38mm x 25mm x 2.4mm weighing 0.36 Kg/Rm and including S & F hangers 4mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjoining level fixed in roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete including dismantling old celing board and two coat of Oil bound distemper on new ceiling boad complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 13 above but except non asbestos fibre cement building borads complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs door closer cast Iron body hydraulically regulated designation No 3 universal type, suitable for door shutters 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:4 as in shelves, lintels, platforms , man holes and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild Steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally, hooping for columns, hookings/ends and binding with and including MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed..

M & L for mild steel TMT reinforcement bars of 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for anodised powder coated aluminium frame for partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including making good to the damaged portion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for anodised aluminium door powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed/openable type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp & staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F floor door stopper of 150mm aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in fixing of hold fast, bed blocks, sides of door/ window chowkat, as in floor or other similar nature of works etc including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, including dismantling of old grill any type all complete as per requirement and as directed.
