Cleaning Terrace floor slab including removal off bitumen felt sheet and its residue, loose bitumen paint, dirt etc. using BLOW TORCH or SAND MACHINE and washing the slab using high speed water jet to remove off dirt all complete as directed by the E-in-C

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. a)50mm thick in Grade M 25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum

Applying water based primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer (Dr.Fixit prime seal,604 of white colour having tensile strength of more than 2N/sq.mm) over the Roof slab area for binding of porous substartes and providing deep penetration to improve substrate adhesion as per the specification and directions of Eng--in-charge.(Note:- Surface to be cleaned with water and loose particled to be removed before application of primer) One or more coats on old work.

Applying Unique,heat reflecting water proof coating such as Dr.Fixit Roof seal or equivalent having surface temperature reduction upto 10'c over the terrace with the following precedures.1) Two undiluted coats of Roof seal classic to be applied with each coat being perpendicular to previous coat. 2) Each coat to be allowed to dry for 4 hours before application of next coat.3) Final Curing to be done for 7 days Two or more coats on new work (Drying time between coats should be 6 to 8 hours.)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
