Taking down point wiring with aluminum conductor cable of light point fan & socket light & power complete including light fittings any type switches, sockets, ceiling rose, switch boards, bell/ buzzer, bell push, tube light fitting, regulator etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc to match with existing surfaces including white washing/ colour washing/ distemper to match with existing wall/ floor/ ceiling finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/ capacity and making good to disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring 1100 volt grade single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor 1.50 sqmm drawn in and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 marked medium grade/ PVC caping casing on surface of wall/ ceiling including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm pressed steel modular boxes sunk on wall for mounting of modular switches, switch sockets, fan regulator etc including modular cover with frame any size complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces for one ceiling/ exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and regulator. Note:- Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate. All switches, fan, sockets, ceiling roses and holders shall be connected to common earth dolly.

All as per item No 3 above but wiring with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded cable and earth wire with copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm for 15 amps power point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor and earth wire 1100 volt grade and drawing into PVC conduit not less than 20mm medium grade concealed in wall of size 2x4.0 Sqmm with earth wire of 1x4.0 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Accessories for point/ sub main wiring like PVC junction box, bend, tee, elbow shall be of same make.

S&F modular switch one way 6A, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F modular switch one way 16A, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F modular socket 6A/ 16A, 2/3 pin combined, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F modular fan step regulator, 120 watt, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnect and insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceiling/ exhaust/ cabin/ wall fans of any make and sweep, dismantling blades, check for repairs required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Repairs/ replacement of spares shall be carried out under appropriate items.

Hanging only ceiling fans of any make and sweep connecting the complete with & including provision of copper conductor cord 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed from ceiling rose to fan connector and testing, making of MES No complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The fan shall be fitted with new set of clamps, rubber shackle, split pins and top and bottom nut bolts etc.

Hanging only exhaust/ cabin/ wall fans of any make and sweep, connecting lug complete with and including provision of 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor cord from ceiling rose to fan connector & testing, making of MES No complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The fan shall be fitted with new set of washers, nuts, rubber packing etc.

Opening up of fan motor of ceiling/ exhaust/ wall/ cabin fans, cleaning starter rotor, cleaning of all parts, greasing, oiling of bush and bearing re-assembling and testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down burnt/ damaged winding, cleaning stator and rotor including slots etc, rewinding with suitable gauge of super enameled copper insulated wire for ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 above but ceiling fan of 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for down rod for ceiling fan of any make land sweep made out of medium grade GI tubing 15mm dia duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and provision of holes for electric wire at top and bottom, also arrangement for fitting of ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work such as fan hook angle / FI clamp, MS pipe nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size etc including two coats of synthetic enamel paint cover a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully geyser/ water heater of any make, type & size including disconnecting water connection plug water flow, for repairs and refixing the same to original position after repairs including descaling the inner tank and tubing and marking of MES No with synthetic enamel paint, black colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as S&F under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for any GI fitting, screwing required during connecting/ disconnecting water supply.

S&F thermostat any type, suitable for geyser, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC threaded tough rubber flexible pipe/ tubing of standard length 450mm for geysers inlet/ outlet connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dusting / cleaning removing burrs on outer surface of geyser of any type complete for painting and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, for 25 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully solar heater water tank of any make, type & size, disconnecting water connection inlet and outlet of tank and plug water flow, for repairs, descaling inner tank, replacement of heating elements, thermostat, anti anode, refilling of distilled water as required including painting of water tank and refixing the same to original position after repairs, marking of MES No complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of heating element with thermostat, inlet outlet adaptor, air release valve, toughened glass will be paid in relevant items.

Taking down carefully solar collector plate before taking down, disconnecting water connection inlet and outlet of collector plate plug water flow, descaling with dilute acid including replacement of unserviceable collector inlet and outlet flange with rubber gasket, refilling of distilled water as required and refixing the same to original position after repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F electric heater elements, any type, any size with thermostat of 2 KW capacity as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F inlet adaptor complete all as specified and directed.
